To the other pastas, Jeff acts like a little bit of a jerk, but overall he cares and means well for everyone, especially certain people in particular. He masks it with swear words and aggressive behavior, but he totally has a soft spot for a lot of people in the Under Realm. (Ben, Clockwork, EJ, Sally, Liu, Smile, Kate and Toby)
To anyone else, however, (especially in the Over Realm) he's a total asshole and is quicker to piss off (more likely to stab a stranger within two minutes of talking to them). He doesn't care who you are or what your personality is like, it's either get out of his face or get stabbed. Several times. In the chest.
