Last time Russia told Philip that he should cut his hair. And so With the consent of Phil's Family Phil cut his hair.
The next Morning which is a school day. Phil got up erlier than the arranged time for them to wake up. And Indo, South,Asean and Brunei are also awake. Just Drinking coffee. Phil then walks pass them and they're are busy so they didn't think much. "Hey Phil" They Al say and also the South Korean that has eye bags under his eyes and went to get more coffee.

He greeted Phil "좋은 아침" and walked pass Philip. Then everyone came to the realization. Asean spits out his coffee, Brunei drops his phone, South drops the coffee mug, and Indo rubs his eyes swing if they're are mistaken. The three not including Asean are Blushing while looking at Philip again. "Phil when did you cut your hair?" Indo says Supprised and confused. Also the others are confused. They know Phil didn't leave.
"Yeah I woke up early to cut my hair" Phil says. "You look cu- great Phil" South says pouring coffee and it over flows. Phil then helps the over flowing coffee to stop and Brunei says in awe "How did you cut your hair like that?"

Phil tilts his head. "Yeah you look gorgeous Phil!" Indo says still flushed red. "Well my brothers taught me how to cut my hair and my mother likes me with this hair style" Phil says. Del and Martial's style is handsome boy and they also taught Phil how to cut his hair. Phil's mom Perla cut his hair when he was a kid to This and Perla liked Phil's hair. So Phil decided that that should be his hair and it's more of a song boy hair style. Phil's hair is A bit wavy and Still a bit long but you can see his beautiful eyes now.

Then North comes with the others but North's nose is bleeding. UAE looks at Phil's hair and he says " Phil you look more gay now" everyone yells "UAE". Meaning shut up. Phil does the tilt his head thing again. And He looks even cuter now. "Awwwww" everyone said. Malay ran to Phil and Hugged him tight. Malay is Excited to show everyone at school how cute Phil is. "OMG PHIL YOU'RE ADORABLE GIVE ME A KISS" Malay says and The SS harrem interrupts "HEY" "US TOO". And now Phil is getting squished again by his brothers and Asean just Chuckles and Reads his newspaper again.

For the moment of truth. Phil walks in with his brothers and the other students stare in awe some were blushing a bit an fall of them has they're mouths open. New Zealand dropped his glasses and Australia walked in a trashcan and not knocking it over he fell inside the trashcan head first. Then everyone turned their attention to New Zealand. And they laughed and some like Phil's brothers were like Bish r u serious, LMFAO 😂, And that's what you get you dumb bich and New Zealand was one of these People.

Phil they ran to Ausie to help him "Ausie are you ok" Phil says and helps Ausie out. Phil does the like t pose and says "don't laugh at him" they stopped laughing and went away but before they left they said "it suits you Philip" "you look great". Because of Phil's new appearance the other Bullies like him now. Aussie is ok he's just kinda dizzy a big and he also doesn't have much too clothing.

"I'm ok" Ausie says smiling and Gives a thumbs up. Then America Walks towards Phil. Earlier ame had his glasses up in awe of Phil's Beauty. "Well pip now you look great I wouldn't mind now if you are interested in me" America says with a smug look and checking Phil out he never noticed that Phil is so feminine.
"I'm sorry but I don't like you" Phil says. "Hey How did you even get here you're supposed to be suspended" New Zealand scolds his brother. "Pfft whatever" America rolls his eyes "I promised to be good so bleh and Phil looks good now so meh I'll stop" Ame says like a jerk and Aussie gets irritated and almost punches his brother "why you little-" New Zealand stops Ausie. So they won't get in trouble.

"Whatever see ya around pip" Ame says and waves. Ausie and Zeal ruffles Phil's hair and leaves as well. After that Phil leaves as well to go to his class.

Belarus is really amazed with Phil's new look. She dropped her yandere act and wants to talk to Phil. She wants Phil to be Russia's boy friend. But she refrained herself from doing so there's one more thing missing but she can't figure it out. What if they bond?. She thinks to herself but shrugs the idea off. Russia is shocked that Phil actually listened to him. Well not really he mad it Negative by thinking Phil changed his hair Because Russia said so and He only got forced to do so.

After class Belarus Talked to Phil smiling under her face mask. "So Phil what made you change your hairstyle?" Bela asked. "Well Russia told me to and My brothers and papa Asean said it's a great idea" Phil replies and Belarus almost fainted from another fujoshi attack, her mask is getting red from nose bleed. Phil was about to ask Belarus but then Belarus chased after Ukraine and Ukraine also Ran away because he doesn't wanna deal with Belarus' BS. When Phil turned around he saw Russia behind him and looking at him. "so why'd you cut your hair is it because you thought I forced you" Russia said In a bit angry voice and gripped Phil's Wrist hard again.

"No because my family also said I should cut it" Phil says and with that reply Russia let's go of Phil's wrist. Russia's hand then starts to tremble and Russia looks shocked or frustrated. "Phil noticed this and so Phil came to Russia and held his hand and said "shhh don't be scared" then Phil starts to sing a song and after Phil sing the song Russia's hand stopped trembling. Russia is more confused now then the bell rung it's lunchtime. "Wanna have lunch with me Russia?" Phil asks the taller male. Russia was going to decline when his stomach grumbled the. Phil took his hand and went to the Cafeteria.

At lunch in the cafeteria. Phil and Russia are in a table alone. Some are looking at them but stopped because its Russia for crying out loud. And Belarus has a nose bleed again. Ukriane gets confused at Belarus but Belarus just says "don't mind it". Phil Feeds Russia his Lunch. "The food is great why don't you eat Phil?" Russia says trying to act all serious and scary. "I don't taste food And I don't get hungry all the time and I cooked the food thanks for liking it I guess" Phil says and leaving the Russian shocked.

It's the end of the day and Russia na Phil are walking in the halls and Phil doesn't have bruises. Then Phil's dogs Come and run to him. "Oh hello del and Orion I haven't seen you guys at school lately" Phil says patting the dogs. "We that's because I've been with them trying to get close with them" Russia says. And Whistles then the dogs come to him as well. Phil just stares and looks at Russia. "It's because they are your favorite breed of dogs right?" Phil says and again Leaving Russia shocked that the boy remembered.

"Oh and also what are your favorite types of food Russia" Phil says and Russia gives up with  the though act. Since no one is around he pats Phil's head and says his favorite food. Phil nods and Russia found it cute and then Russia put his Ushanka on Phil and again it's too big for Phil."I can't see" Phil says Russia finds this even cuter and funny so he laughs and smiles he never laughed like this In such a long time. But then when phil put the Ushanka up a bit revealing his gold eye. Russia found this extremely cute and he admits it was pretty cute he gets confused and angry at himself. He just admitted, that was cute. Russia was embarrassed and so he just left speed walking and yelled "just bring it back to me tomorrow" mad he runs he can't believe he laughed, Smiled and think that
Phil is cute he slaps himself and says no no I just watch him to be my friend and that's all that's why I think its cute I think I want him to be my friend but that's crazy he would never be my friend. Russia paces back in forth infront of their car and His siblings are confused why Russia is lookkng and acting wierd.

Phil looks back at the Ushanka on his bed and opens his phone to look for a cook book on how to cook the Russian dish. Borscht beef stroganoff and Pirozhki that's their lunch for tomorrow. Russia's Favorites. And Phil will make some extras for the Russian family ;)
