Russia is in his house laying in his bed confused and thinks he's going crazy. He keeps thinking about the second option and how it makes him uncomfortable. Seeing him in he library, in his dreams, on the roof top and Phil is always smiling and saying "I miss you Russia" Russia is Confused at how and why he hallucinates.

Still Russia won't admit. So he takes a deeper breath and closes his eyes and opens it slowly to take a lock of a picture of Phil. And now his nose is bleeding. The Russian glares at the small country. "H-he will come back at the end of the day and l-later he'll get a treatment or potion, to cure his emotionslessness" Poland says "how do you know all this?" Russia asks. "Phil likes to sit at the closet in one of the storage rooms and it's enough to hear someone there so I hear him, he wants someone to talk to" Poland says and the Russian drops him.

He's so relieved to see Philip and also Phil kinda feels better. Russia is happy that Phil didn't run away. "Phil I heard you're getting treated and also where's Del?" "Yes i am and Del is dead he was a good dog but he died" Phil responded and Russia feels embarrassed and he feels bad for asking. No one in years had made him feel like this. Russia swears he saw Philip look sad for a split second. Russia ran to find Poland and asked him where Phil hides and so when Russia got the directions Russia ran and Left to find the spot and he found it finally. Now he will remember to come here tomorrow. Russia feels determined once again to confess his feelings. He feels so stupid for rejecting Phil. He chooses Phil..... Russia is ready to let go of the past and let go. He has found another person and he needs to confess quickly or else it will be too late
