Synopsis:
Before he was a captain of a scouting legion, he was just an underground thug. He and his friends, Isabel and Furlan, are notorious for being skilled in using stolen 3D maneuver gears. Erwin Smith got news of the trio and decided to recruit them. However, the trio were already hired by Nicholas Lobov, who promised them citizenship aboveground in exchange for compromising documents in Erwin's possession.
Review:
In this spin-off, we get to see Levi's soft side before he became THE killer fidget spinner. We also get to see how he's born awesome and a natural badass.
He had quite the sob story before he became who he is. He was just an unfortunate guy who wanted freedom and a happy life with his comrades yet they just got played by people "higher" than them. One thing's for sure though - it was good that he stayed at the Survey Corps.
Another fine aspect in this series is the ED. Like yooooooooooo, it definitely captured the theme of the series (check the song below).
