Synopsis:
A Mushishi are those who research Mushi in hopes of understanding their place in the world's hierarchy of life. We follow Ginko's journey as he chases rumors of occurrences that could be tied to Mushi, all for the sake of finding an answer. It could, after all, lead to the meaning of life itself.
Review:
I still haven't finished watching this series but since I'm reviewing it now even though I'm still halfway through, my opinion might change.
So this precious treasure I discovered called MUSHISHI has a way to capture your heart with the simplicity of the characters' way of life in the series and also the different themes per episode. In my own interpretation, I think the Mushi are portrayed as societal problems of the world in the form of spirits but sometimes it also reflects the hidden nature of the subject of that particular episode.
The message it carries on the end is very deep and moving. This is definitely a must-watch if you are into philosophical questions and in constant pondering of the meaning of your existence.

Ginko. I love just how chill this dude is and carefree, personality-wise and factoring the nature of his job.
