Obviously, she's just a joke.
I'm a fire she shouldn't stoke.
Bad things ahead--
Can't we read smoke?
I think I couldn't care less,
Heeding my apathy.
I'm bored, so no second guess.
Honestly, probably,
It's 'cause our future's a mess--
Earth's facing calamity.
Never thought I'd be in this position.
You said no, making up that I'm too young.
If the grass is always greener,
Feeling lonely's colored envy.
Now I'm dreaming about you, not her
'Cause deep down I know she wants a sir.
So let's drop our façades
And tell the truth.
I always fall, except with her.
Helpless or numb, which is better?
Wish I'd made it with the others.
With her, it isn't worth it,
And she's not even mine.
She thinks I'm trapped in her lair--
Too bad I have no spine.
She's mad, but I just can't care--
That can't be a good sign.
They say you're addicting,
But I won't listen.
They say you'll just hurt me--
Guess I'll wait and see.
Apathy fucked me then--
It will get me again.
I want to say thank you,
But I'm just sorry.
Others got me devastated--
She thinks I'm manipulated,
Really I'm just irritated.
While she's just a buzzing gnat,
Others were parasites.
Now I'm walking on eggshells,
Tryna avoid a fight.
Can't she just leave me alone--
It's been over since that night.
Thought I was done with these games, but no.
Communication's out the window.
They say I can't trust you--
First I want proof.
