Kartik 's pov
Both of them left. I sat there and thought of any other way we could catch them. A idea clicked my mind.

I took Sara's phone out of my pocket and checked the number she got the call from.
I inserted the number in the tracking software. It showed location near a old temple in Thane.

I immediately called Ranveer.

" Ranveer I tracked the number Sara got the call from. I'll send you location. I'm going there. You come too. " I said in a breathe , sending Ranveer the location.

" I'm reaching. " He said.
I declined the call.
I sent him the location. Took my laptop , phone and Sara's phone. Got my car keys and drove straight to the location.

It takes a lot of time to reach Thane. I saw the location ones again. Damn ! The culprit is moving.
He is driving somewhere. I fasten my speed.
Godd ! Don't let him escape. Please !!!!!
I drove furiously. I rechecked the location. The culprit has stopped.

I reached there. I could see noone. I got off the car and held my laptop. I saw the location. It's the same place. But noone is here.
I kept the laptop inside and searched for a bit. I then heard a car coming. I looked to see Ranveer.

He came to me. I explained him the situation. He and his officers started to find any clue.

" Kartik !!!!! " Ranveer shouted.
I ran to him.
He pointed his finger towards something. I looked to see a broken phone.

Ranveer picked it up carefully , wearing gloves. He kept it in a plastic bag.

" I'll get the call records of the number. " He said , I nooded.

" Kartik do you have doubt on anyone ? Your enemy or Sara's enemy ? " Ranveer asked.

" I don't know surely. But there are some business rivals. Sara has no enemy. She is such a honest and sweet girl. Why will anyone want to hurt her ? " I said , my eyes filling up.

" You take care and be strong. Sara needs you. " Ranveer said.
I smiled.
He left from there.
I sat in my car and drove to the hospital.

I went to Sara's ward. Kriti texted me that she has been shifted to the side room from ICU.

I saw Tina there.
" Kartik...! " Sara said , seeing me.

I went and sat beside her. I held her hand.
" Sara , tell me everything you remember from last night. " Tina said.

" I was trying to sleep when I got a call saying Kartik met with a accident...I panicked and left for his office. I reached there and saw noone. I went to the backside but there was still noone. Then I suddenly fainted...when I was conscious again...I heard them talking , to do what they kidnapped me for. And then...! " Sara said , tears continuously dropping from her eyes.

" Do you recognise the voice , of the person who called you. " Tina said.
Sara shook her head.

" Did you see their faces ? " Tina asked.

" No , their faces were covered. But one of their 's voice , I felt I have heard it somewhere. " Sara said.

" Try to remember. Where have you heard it ? " Tina asked.

" I can't remember. " Sara said.

" Ok no problem. Try ! If you remember anything then Kartik call me. " Tina said to the both of us.
We nooded.

Tina left. I sat there with Sara.
Shraddha came and signalled me to come with her.

I went to her cabin.

" Kartik , I think it will be better if you take Sara home. A nurse will be there 24/7. " Shraddha said.

" Sure. When can I take her ? " I asked her.

" In the evening. I'll get the discharge papers ready. But Kartik be careful. Sara is slowly entering into depression. It can be very dangerous. " Shraddha said.

" I'll take care. " I said.
She nooded.

She then handed me a list mentioning some important points.

She should be stopped thinking about yesterday night.
The matter should not be brought up often.
She should not get any shock.
We should try to keep her happy.
She should take her medicines and eat her food on time.
She should not be left alone. Someone should be there with her.

I kept the list in my pocket.

~ After 15 days ~
Author 's pov
15 days have passed after the dreadful night. Sara is back home. Kartik and the police are trying their best to catch the culprits but no luck as of now. Ranveer went to the Watchmen 's place but they suddenly went out of town. Police team is trying to find them too. Sara has started showing symptoms of depression. She talks to noone. She is always quite. She has lost her attractive smile. Kartik tries his best to keep Sara happy. But it seems all is going in vain. Hospital has sent a nurse to take care of Sara. The nurse is very supportive and takes good care of Sara. She stays with them 24/7

Kartik 's pov
It's 7 in the morning. I got up and went to kitchen. I saw Kriti there.

Kriti has been living with us. She helps me a lot. Shraddha also visits Sara daily.
Tina also came to meet Sara yesterday , as a friend.
Shweta , Sara's nurse. Is also a kind girl. She takes care of Sara like her own sister.
Kriti told me that today Alia is flying to Mumbai. Sara told me about Alia a few times.
Alia is Sara's childhood friend. They were a group of three. Sara , Alia and Kriti. Alia lives in London. She could not attend our wedding because even her wedding was fixed near that time.
As soon as she got to know about Sara she tried to reach here. Her flight will land at 11. Kriti will go to pick her up.

" Good morning " I wished Kriti.

" Good morning. " She replied with a smile.
I sat on the kitchen slab.

" What are you doing ? " I asked.

" Preparing tea. " She said.

" Only for yourself. " I said.

" No for all of us. You , me , Shweta and Sara. " She said.

" Ohhk. Kriti I want to ask you something. Please be honest. " I asked.

" Ask , Mai Jo bhi kahungi Sach kahungi. Sach ke alawa kuch nahi. " She said and smiled.

I smiled.
" Is Alia good ? Like will she be good to Sara ? Will she take care of her as all of us do ? She is coming here with her husband. Will he make Sara uncomfortable ? " I asked.

" Areee chill. Alia loves Sara more then I love her. They are bestfriends. All the three of us know each other very well. They both love each other to death. And about her husband. He is a kind Man. I have met him. Don't worry they'll be very good to Sara. " She said , keeping a hand on my shoulder.

I trusted her. Because Kriti judge people very well. And she is always correct about them.

She made the tea and we went to my room. I saw Shweta there.

" Good morning. " She said to the both of us.

" Good morning. " We replied in sync.

" I'll wake Sara up " I said.
I sat beside her and patted her hear softly. She woke up with a jerk , breathing heavily.

" Sara , it me Kartik. " I said.
I kept my hand on her shoulder. She jerked my hand.

" Please don't do this. Leave me. Please. " She said.

" Sara , calm down. See I'm Shweta. " Shweta said rubbing her back.

She got normal.

Sometimes it happens. Whenever someone touches her she thinks its those people. She then starts pleading. It breaks me to see my Sara in this condition. I'll not leave them. Even if they are hidding in hell , I'll bring them from there.

Kriti gave the tea cup to Shweta and she slowly made Sara drink it.
