Kartik 's pov

We went and showed Sara the sketch.

Sara's pov
I could not remember anything. All the three of them were wearing masks. I do not remember any of their 's face.

" I do not remember. " I said.

" Ohhk. No problem. " Ranveer said.

Then Kartik and Ranveer went out.

Kartik 's pov

" The watchmen who were on duty that day are back. I'll show them this sketch and then see if they know anything. " Ranveer said.

" I'll come with you. " I said.

" Ok. Come. " He said and we sat in his car. We left for my office.

???'s pov

I hope they catch them. Help them God 🙏🙏.

Kartik 's pov
We went to my office and called the two watchmen who were on duty that day.

" You remember him ? " Ranveer asked , showing the sketch.

" Yes sir. I was at the back gate that day. He and two other men were strolling around the building that day. Then I heard a puppy cry in the bushes so I went there. When I came back none of them were there. " The watchman said.

" Can you get the other two 's sketch made ? " Ranveer asked.

" Yes sir. " He replied.
I relief ran through my body.

" Come. " Ranveer said and all of us went to the police station.
The watchman described the looks of the other two and the sketch artist made the sketch.

" You know them ? " Ranveer asked me showing the sketch.

" I remember seeing him somewhere. I cannot remember where. " I said looking at one of the sketch.

The man was known but I don't know where have I seen him. I tried remembering but could not remember.

" I'll go and show this to Sara. " I took a copy of the sketch and went to our place.

" Sara , do you remember seeing him ?? Not particularly on that night but anywhere. Anytime ?  " I asked Sara.

" Kartik !! I can't remember. I have seen him. Ohh God !! Please help. " Sara said trying to remember.

" Accha don't take stress. We will find him. " I said assuring her.

" I'll try to remember. " She said. I kissed her forehead.

" Don't stress your brain. Come on , Let's go to eat Pani Puri. " I said holding her hand.

" But…" she said.

" No buts or ifs. You can't live here for FOREVER. You have to go out. Chalo. I'll send Shweta. She'll get you ready. " I said squeezing her hand lightly.

" But don't leave me. " She said.

" I will never do that. " I said and kissed her forehead.

I went and after sometime. Me and Sara went to have Pani Puri.

She was hesitant at first. But I encouraged her. She then fearlessly went to the stall with Me. She also talked to 2 girls at the stall. Laughing , enjoying. God pls keep her happy always 🙏.
I was so happy to see my old Sara coming back. I was smiling like a maniac. The vendor gave me a have-you-lost-it look. I smiled more.

We went home and Sara slept peacefully. For the first time in almost two months , she did not wake up in the middle of the night. Screaming or crying. She slept peacefully the entire night. And when I woke her up in the morning she woke up peacefully not panicking. I was actually very happy. She is improving.

I know , I know. Super short change. But I was so really busy. I'm sorry 🙏. I guess updating after ages.
