HOW YOU MET

The two of you have known each other since your first year at Karasuno when the two of you were seated next to each other but the two of you didn't become friends till later. One day the class was working on a math worksheet and you asked Kageyama if he had the same answer as you on one of the more difficult problems (and newsflash he had nothing written, he didn't even know what subject you guys were on)

"Did you get x=13?"

"We're on math already?"

HOW YOU ASKED HIM OUT/HOW HE ASKED YOU OUT

He was the one to ask you out first. You knew something was up when he didn't speak to you at all for a whole day. When going to check on him during his volleyball practice to ask what was wrong he pulled you outside of the gym and confessed his feelings for you

"(Y-Y/n) I really like you, please go out with me!"

"O-Ok. Didn't expect that to ever happen."

COMFORTING YOU

Okay let's all be real here, he doesn't know how to comfort others not even to save his life. He becomes all awkward and starts to panic which usually ends up with you being annoyed with all the dumb questions he's asking but his concern is endearing to you

Because of this, you just upright spill the tea on what has been on your mind and Kageyama will stay quiet and listen intently about your troubles. Occasionally, he'll add his thoughts on the matter but he'll just listen. This is one of the few times where you see Kageyama so quiet and sweet because his mechanisms to cheer you up involve chaste kisses on the cheeks and caressing you in a hug

COMFORTING HIM

It is quite exhausting to get him to calm down about something and he is usually upset at someone whether it be Hinata, Oikawa, or even himself. At first, you'll tell him to be quiet which usually never works so you end up leaving him alone for a while until you find that he has calmed down

When he is, you'll wrap him in a blanket and make him a milkshake which is when he confesses all of his troubles whether it be Hinata's stupidity, Oikawa being his annoying self, or even just bad marks on a test, he'll vent to you about anything that is on his mind and this can only happen when he is wrapped up in blankets like a burrito with a milkshake

YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT HIM

You love his hands. They are pretty rough since all he does is smack balls all day every day but the way he gently touches your skin or hugs you, it makes your heart go doki doki. It leaves you wondering how can his hands be used for something so rough yet treats you and touches you so gingerly

You also love how straightforward he is. Kageyama doesn't sugarcoat anything for anyone, not even for you and oddly enough you find that very attractive, hot even. The fact that he can say something so bluntly with a straight face makes you fawn over him

HIS FAVORITE PART ABOUT YOU

Kageyama adores your eyes. Despite what your attitude may suggest when he takes a good look at your eyes they always hold such tender emotions that makes you appear more innocent than you actually are. He gets very timid and quiet if he gazes at your beautiful orbs for too long
