HOW YOU MET

The two of you met in classic middle school in your first ever year. As sad as it was, Tendou didn't have any friends because he was so scary looking so he was used to being alone for all of his life. This wasn't anything new for him. In the first few weeks of your first year in middle school, a partner project was assigned, the worst ever thing to happen when you're an introvert and/or don't mix well with people. You yourself were still getting used to the people around you as you didn't know a lot of people either since you went to a middle school you weren't planning on going so you knew no one either. Match made in class. You didn't know anyone, Tendou didn't know anyone, so you two simultaneously agreed you'll be partners. You were the first to approach and the two of you were very shy especially Tendou but the two of you soon began to warm up around each other on the third day and soon people would frequently see the two of you standing side by side talking all the time. Friendship blossoming and a love story in the works. However, once the two of you graduated, the two of you went to different schools. Tendou went to Shiratorizawa to advance his volleyball career while you went to Date Tech but the two of you stayed in touch. Nothing faltered just cause you went to different schools and when he didn't have practice the two of you would hang out even sometimes sneaking out late to just walk around

HOW YOU ASKED HIM OUT/HOW HE ASKED YOU OUT

It was actually you who confessed to him and it was in your first year in Date Tech. You see a trend going on here? Sooner than later, you realized you were falling for the happy-go-lucky redhead who loves to make up songs on the fly. In your eyes, Tendou is the most precious person in the world for you. You were planning on confessing to him for a while but kept putting it off. So you invited him to a late-night walk hoping to find a late-night store that sells snacks. The two of you eventually found one and wasted a lot of money from your sleep-deprived highs. You thought it was the perfect moment to confess so you told Tendou you had a surprise and he's like "oop-". The two of you stand in the middle of the street and you face him and start singing the tune of "Let's Link" with the melody and lyrics saying "I like youuu". Tendou laughed at first not realizing the words and it clicked a few seconds later and he just burst into a similar hue that matched his hair. At first, he didn't believe you and somehow you were just so confident at night and you just said, "If I didn't like you would I do this..." and then you proceeded to yell to the entire neighborhood at 1 am in the morning "I LOVE TENDOU SATORI WITH ALL MY MOTHERFUCKING HEART NO CAP!" Tendou couldn't help but cry at that day and smacked you across the head as you would've woken up the neighborhood but on the way home he confessed that he likes you two and the rest is history

COMFORTING YOU

It is very easy to tell when you're upset about something, well, at least to Tendou it is. The aura you give off is very easy to distinguish from the different auras you display whether it be sad, happy, confused, angry, etc. Either way, he tends to internally start to freak out in case whatever he has to say will have no effect on you but it always does. Tendou is the cutest mofo you've ever met. Our bootleg Bugs Bunny makes sure you lie on top of him with your back against his chest as your head rests against his shoulder. His fingers gingerly caress your hair and scalp as he makes up songs on the spot for you about his day, how much he is in love with you, something silly, your favorite show, etc. He's a musical genius in your eyes and his singing always makes you feel better. When you're upset he chooses a more soft tone when he sings and it makes your heart swell up with love. Tendou is just so damn comforting it makes you fall in love with him even more. Every time he sings you always look forward to the message of the song even if it is as small as what the two of you ate. His songs always cheer you up without fail
