Announcement #2- Pridefall

For all of my LGBTQ+ readers. Pride starts tomorrow! With this comes a danger though.

There is a plan to try to dox and spread hate for the LGBTQ+ community. 

Doxxing is when someone gives out personal info such as your phone number, address, name, age, and more.

This can lead to kidnapping and murder.

THIS PLAN IS CALLED OPERATION PRIDEFALL!

Some safety measures for social media:

1) Unfollow family and friends on social media. They can find you through them.

2) Put your account on private. 

3) Don't open any links sent to you. Doxxers will send links that can get your IP address. 

4) Take pronouns/pride flags out of your bio.

This will only go on for the first week of pride. Please stay safe. 

You don't have to hide if you feel brave enough, but know that it's okay to follow those safety measures if you feel unsafe. There are people who will be your voice. 

We are strong

We'll get through this.
