3rd Person POV
SADIE: I can be very persistent when I want something. Hope had mentioned that she was going to go after Landon and I wanted to come with.
"Come on, Hope." Sadie says, following after Hope as she walks outside the building. "I'm the best tracker in the pack. I can help find where he went."
Hope stops and Sadie stops too
Hope looks at Sadie
"How much sleep did you get last night?" Hope asks
"I don't know what that has to do with--" Sadie starts
"Answer the question." Hope says
"3 hours." Sadie says
"If you come, you're sleeping in the car." Hope says
"Deal!" Sadie says
"And you keep your cool." Hope says. "I don't wanna get in trouble if you...burst out."
Sadie looks down
Hope starts walking again
Sadie follows after and they see Rafael under a car
"Hello?" Hope asks
Rafael comes out from under the car
"Hey." Raf says before going back under
"What are you doing?" Hope asks
"Adjusting the sway bar." Raf says
"Was it broken?" Hope asks
Metal snaps under the car
Raf comes out from under
"It is now." Raf says, standing up. "You're going after Landon. If you want this car to work, I'm going with you."
"You should stay out of it." Hope says. "He's a liar and a thief."
"He took a stupid knife." Raf says
"Nothing in this school is a stupid anything." Hope says
"Look. He's my best friend." Raf says. "And you? You seem vengeful."
"Let me show you something." Hope says, slowly reaching up to touch Raf's cheek. "Close your eyes." She whispers a chant
"What the hell was that?" Raf asks, pulling away.
"Your best friend did that to a bus full of people on route last night, and I am the only one who knows how to find him, so give me the engine thingy." Hope says
"No." Raf says
"I have actual magic powers." Hope says
"And I have a long history of anger issues." Raf tells her
"She has both." Hope says, pointing back at Sadie
"He can come." Dr Saltzman says, walking over
"What?" Hope asks
"He knows Landon; he'll be an asset." Dr Saltzman says. "And Sarah's the best tracker in their pack. Plus, we need all the help we can get, so fix the car and hop in. And put a shirt on." He tells Raf

SADIE: I had agreed to sleep in the car while Dr Saltzman drove, but I'm a wolf, I never agreed to not track
Sadie is leaning against the door of the car with her eyes closed
Raf sits in the other window seat across from her
