At night, Ji Fan heard a sound of someone crying.
"O... come on, it is a very old method of scaring people."
He took off the blanket and started looking around. He took out his sword, opened door and went down stairs. The sound was coming from the kitchen and suddenly, it stopped.He hide himself behind the pillar. While he was looking at the kitchen, he heard the sound of someone walking towards him from the back. When he turned around, Song Qi was standing behind him having a lamp in her hand. She asked him,
"What are you doing here at this time?"
Ji Fan thought of an excuse,
"I just wanted to fetch a glass of water."
Song Qi with a worried face said,
"I told you not to come out of your room no matter what happens. You should take care of yourself."
Ji Fan laughed sheepishly,
"Okay, sorry."
Song Qi turned towards the stairs saying,
"Let me take you to your room."
Ji Fan resisted,
"But I heard some sounds coming from the kitchen. Let me take a look."
Song Qi stopped him,
"Leave it. We will talk about it tomorrow."
Ji Fan asked while pointing towards water on the floor,
"And what about this water?"
Song Qi looked at water and said,
"This will disappear tomorrow morning and be careful of it. It's not an ordinary water, its poisonous. It can make you go mad."
Ji Fan looked at Song Qi and said,
"That demon is not dangerous."
Song Qi got a little shocked by Ji Fan's comment,
"And why do you think that?"
Ji Fan answered with a serious expression,
"He just wants to scare you. If you are not scared of him then he is nothing but a small ghost with minimum spiritual power."
When they entered Ji Fan's room, Song Qi said,

When someone summons a demon then that demon becomes more powerful than he was before. And your uncle's wish was to destroy your parents. As they are already dead then it means that your uncle's wish has already been fulfilled. Now the demon is not as much powerful as he was before that is why he scare people and gain some energy from their fear."
Song Qi,"And how are you so much sure about it?"
Ji Fan's smile disappeared,
"Because he is standing right in front of me."
Ji Fan immediately took out his sword and put it on Song Qi's neck. Song Qi gave a smirk,
"Ha...You think I am a demon?"
Ji Fan smiled,
"You are a very old fashion demon.These types of techniques are now a days used to scare small children...Now, it's time to say good bye."
