Dreams do come true

Happy Birthday!

A very known superhero is getting a year older. And I'm sure you know who it is. The one and only Kara Zor-El Luthor-Danvers, aka Supergirl.

Everyone made a surprise party for her, while she was busy working as Supergirl and CEO. Lena, Kelly, Eliza, Alura, baby Kellan, Krypto and the twins were decorating at the penthouse. "Kai, be careful that you don't break the light." Lena said, while Kai was putting up balloons. "Don't worry moma, I am doing okay." He replied sweetly. The grandmother's were admiring the precious moment. "Six months old and have already accomplished a lot." Eliza said as she looked at Luna and Kai floating up to the ceiling. Because of the very strong DNA they have, the twins are growing ten times the speed of a normal human being. So right now they look like five year olds, but their growth should slow down on their first birthday. Alura gave a warm smile to Eliza. "They have. And I can already see what they will do in the future. I mean their mother's have changed the world, maybe they will change the whole universe, for good." The older Kryptonian said, with truth in her voice. "That too, now let's make the birthday girl's cake." The oldest Danvers said and brought Alura to the kitchen. "Kara and Lena are amazing parents." Complimented Alura and Eliza hummed in agreement.

While the grandmother's are baking cake, Kelly and Lena were ordering almost every favorite for for Kara, basically they brought everything that was in the restaurant. "We need to order a lot since we will have seven Kryptonian's in the house." Joked Kelly and laughed. Lena chuckled at the comment on how true it is. "Hey! I live with four and it is crazy how much you need to buy." Lena laughed out. They finished ordering the food and continued to decorate.

The grown ups were preparing, the kids were fooling around a bit and the dog joined too. Since the twins powers developed very fast and have inherited all powers of Kara, including the new ones. Lena and Alex had to build a playground that won't get easily destroyed. Baby Kellan was about eleven months old, so he could keep up with the twins pretty well. "Kel! watch out the ball is coming!" Luna yelled out. The little Kryptonian's were careful with their cousin. Right now they were playing soccer and the ball went to Kellan. He kicked the ball towards the goal and hit it perfectly. Krypton barked happily on the victory and the twins give him a hug. "That was awesome Kel!" Kai said and high fived him. "Thank youw Kai." Baby Kellan said. They continued to play and fool around.

At the DEO

Super girl flew into the facility right after fighting an alien that was eventually mind controlled. "Good job sis!" Alex said and gave her sister a hug. Kara retuned the gesture and smiled. "Hey, what are you doing tonight?" The Super asked. Alex smirked a little, she didn't want to ruin the surprise and everyone acted as they forgot her birthday. "I'm going out with Kellan and Kelly. We want to go to the movies." She replied, making sure she sounded confident.

Kara just nodded and frowned a little. "Oh okay, well have fun then." Alex felt instantly and and wanted to shout 'Happy Birthday!' to her, but the plan cannot be ruined. The older Danvers patted Kara's shoulder and went off to train new agent's. Later the Super flew off into the blue sky, to clear her mind.

At CatCo

Kara land near an empty alley. Quickly she changed to Kara Danvers and entered her private elevator. Later she entered her office and finished up her article. While writing she was sad that everybody forgot about her birthday. 'At least i get to see my family after work.' She taught. Instantly she stopped typing when she heard Nia. "hey boss! How's it going?" Asked the young reporter. She also knew about the surprise party and tagged along with it. "I'm okay, just had a busy day." Kara said and lied that she was okay. Nia nodded and ended her a few articles. "Here, I got the articles that you asked me to write." Kara nodded and mouthed her a thank you. Nia knew that her boss wasn't okay and gave her a tight hug, then she left. Kara smiled a little and continued her work. Still sad about it, but she felt better than before.

Hours have passed and she noticed she over worked again. "Oh crap! I'm late!" She whispered yelled. The building was now empty only she was in it. She curse her internally for bringing her car to work, all tough she could just fly, but can't leave it here. Kara grabbed all of her stuff and groaned that she had to use the car.

At the Luthor-Danvers Penthouse

Everything was ready. the cake, food, gifts and most importantly the people. "I bet she totally forgot the time." Joked Clark. Lois and Lena laughed at that, it was true since she became CEO she over worked a lot. "Yeah she did, but I mean being CEO and hero must be tiring." Lois said. Clark nodded in agreement and they continued to talk. The kids were playing in the bedroom of the twins. Baby Jon also grew pretty fast and now looked like a 4 year old even tough his birthday is in a few weeks. All four of them played with the superhero figurine's. Kelly and Alex ogled at the sight and snapped a picture. "I guess the kids will be just like their parents." Kelly said.

They quickly ran to Lois, Clark and Lena and showed them the picture. "Oh Rao, Jon has already chosen." Joked Clark and faked gasped. The other's laughed, but they started to imagine what the kids will really be and they did agree. "Luna and Kai are really following Kara's footsteps." Lena said and was proud. Again the other's agreed. "Kellan is already begging me to bring him to work. I did once and he was fascinated on how I trained the agent's." Alex said.

All continued the chit chat, talking about work, the future and the birthday girl. But they all stopped when Clark gave a sign 'She's here'. Quickly they turned off the light's and hid in different places. Right on time the door was open and they all saw a frustrated Kara.

The Super stood still, she got suspicious on why the light's were off. "Babe? Kai? Luna?" She said and got no answer. She walked slowly to the living room and then stepped on something. Light's went on and everybody shouted: "Surprise!"

The blonde screamed at first and may have accidentally activated her heat vision. "AHHH! Don't scare me like that." She said and everybody laughed. The twins ran to their mother and gave her a big hug. "Happy Birthday Ieiu!" Luna said. Kara was smiling and went to hug them and kiss them. She then looked up and saw her family. "Happy Birthday love." Lena said and gave Kara a sweet kiss. "I thought you guys forgot." She started to cry a little and everyone gave a her big group hug. "It was Lena's idea." Pointed Alex. Kara rolled her eyes and they broke the hug. "Hey couz, how does it feel getting older?" Joked Clark. "You know I did change your diaper's on Krypton. And Even tough we have an age gap of 13 years, I still feel quite old." Joked Kara and this time it was Kal's time to get embarrassed.

She gasped when she saw the delicious cake and food. "Please don't tell me you bought all Potsticker's available in Noonan's." Kara said with wide eyes. Kelly and Lena look at each other and then nodded. "We did." Kara super sped to them and gave them a tight hug. "Thank you. Okay I am really hungry so let's eat the Dumpling's." They al started to laugh and then attacked the food.

It was really delicious and Kal, Kara, Kai, Luna and Krypto literally devoured the food with no problem. Alura may be Kryptonian but she doesn't in hale the food like a vacuum, she savors it. They all enjoyed each other's company and congratulated the birthday girl. "Kara how old are you know?" Asked J'onn. Kara was thinking on how old she really was. "Well know I am 29 years old, but my actual age is...Well I am basically born 1966 so that means I am 54 years." Everybody faked gasped, "You should be a grandmother by now." Joked Nia. they all started to laugh and just enjoy the night.

Kara was so happy to have finally a family to celebrate with. The whole night she couldn't stop smiling. Soon all of the guest's left, Alura was the last one, but she had to leave because of Argo. The Super family changed quickly into pjs and head off to sleep. The twins were knocked out after playing with their cousins like crazy. Finally the couple laid on the bed and cuddled up. "Thank you my love for this amazing day." Kara said and gave her a deep kiss. Lena returned it and it got heated up rather quickly, but then they broke apart. "I wanted it to be special. And there is no need to thank my honey." Lena said softly and Kara pecked her lips. Lena laid her head on the crook of Kara's neck and enjoyed the warmth. "You now the kids have already predicted their future. They just want to be like their Ieiu." The rave haired said and felt how Kara smiled. "That's great, but they also told me when they are older, they want to invent stuff to help everyone. Also like their moma." Kara said and Lena lifted her head and kissed Kara, again. "Well I can't wait what they will bring to the future." Both smiled brightly and drifted deep into a happy sleep.
