Chapter 12: Cracked heart

Only when they reconnected their lips, he was taken away.

His excitement was too much for him. His amazing time came to a stop when he opened his eyes to turn around and see her fast asleep.

He just got a dream, a hot dream about his employee, that was sleeping next to him to help him with his nightmares.

Sadness filled his mind and he tried to go back to his wonderful place....

The next morning came faster than expected.  For both of them. Zak thought it would be a long ass night. Because of his dreams and the fact that he was in her bed. His intentions went better in his mind than they did in real life.

(Y/N), who of course didn't had a clue, did spend the night also a bit... Heated.

Someone intruded her mind. Nick filled in her biggest desires. But the fact that Zak was laying next to her, didn't really help too. It was a lie if she told you, she didn't had a thing for Zak. I mean, every woman has a thing for Zak

The 1,82 meter tall man, is just a carved out God. But Nick, Nick has been so sweet. He took care of her and they were just being the best of friends. 

But well... Guess it is just girl drama huh?

And hers was hoping that one of the two guys would just go for it. But she already knew that Zak only saw her as a friend. That one person he mentioned earlier was stuck on his mind. And she couldn't get between that right?

None of them reacted at each others movement. But they both new they were awake. Zak needed to get to his room quickly before she noticed... Something that was going on.

As mentioned earlier.

Heated night

"Uhm, I'm going to get ready, I see you later today right?" Zak said standing up and walking to the door quickly. But before he left. He turned around, with only his head peeking out the door. He smiled and looked at (Y/N), who looked back at him, and said.

"Thanks for letting me stay here tonight."

He got a nod from her and went across the hallway. Only getting scared by the sudden voice of a certain someone.

"What were you doing?!"

"Aaron! Why do you always need to shout?"

"You didn't answer my question man. What were you doing in her room? You guys didn't right? Oh my! You guys did! Didn't know it was that easy to already get her since the latest events..."

"Shut up, nothing happened."

But why?"

"Follow me. I'll explain."

They both went into Zak his room. And while he quickly got into some clothes in his bathroom, Aaron couldn't stand the waiting.

"So? What happened then?"

"I just slept with her in bed."

So you guys-"

"Just slept, yeah."

"Why?" Aaron asked confused.

"Because I needed to earn her trust and I got nightmares again."

"Seriously? I thought it was over?"

"Apparently not huh? And since I needed to inform her with all of it, I thought that was a pretty great opportunity."

"All of it?"

"No... Not all of it of course. Can't scare her off."

"Let's just get ready yeah?"

Zak didn't say anything afterwards but he did give him a genuine nod.

(Y/N) POV:

Zak left with a simple thank you.

Couldn't he just do something more spectacular? Like a wink or something. No? Nothing? Just a simple nod and a thank you.

But what did I expect? That he would just jump on me and have a romantic kind of night together? Guess not!

With a swift motion I stood up and went to took a quick shower. Making myself ready for another long ride and not to forget the shooting of the episode.

I waited a for a minute while the water warmed and took my phone by the hand. 

Shoot! I totally forgot!

Nick...

I quickly searched his contact details and called him.

"Hey..."

"Oh hey, look who decided to call."

"I am so sorry Nick. I totally forgot. Zak came in last night and it was a bit rude to ignore him while he was here."

"Wait, Zak was in your room? At the time that I called?"

"N-No, few hours later. I fell asleep and he stood at my door in the middle of the night. He slept in my room."

"He did what? (Y/N) you know he is just a player?!"

"Nick, calm down. Zak didn't do anything you know. He just slept in my room because of nightmares. You know I only like him as a friend."

 Lie

"Alright if you say so."

"Now Nick, not to be mean or rude, but I'm actually on point to get into the shower before we are going to set off once again! I will call you later."

"Promise?"

"Promise."

"K bye. I miss you here. I need my translator."

"Je bent echt een klein kind Nick. EN: You really are a little child Nick."

"What?"

"Bye Nick." I laughed. He should know

What no one knew was that a guy called Zak wanted to ask what took her so long. He wanted to ask if she wanted to join the crew at breakfast. But what he heard.

It cracked his heart. Pretty freaking bad!

'You know I only like him as a friend.'

Really?

He messed up pretty much. And that frustrated him. A lot.

He walked away without saying a word and was pretty much irritated for the rest of the day. And everyone noticed it. Because his friendly act, quickly went into a hating bitchy act.

You know not for that day, because he didn't want to talk to her. But for the whole trip. Let's say that the shooting of the episode was harsh, but it was pretty much a great episode. Behind the scenes, not so much.

The two were always fighting. Which made (Y/N) think about her thoughts from before. 

That thing for Zak?
