Ash It's Saturday night, and the police still haven't found them. I'm honestly about to start looking myself. I don't care if I get killed or get yelled at by others, I just need to make sure my parents are alive and ok. As I made up my mind, I grab my things. Anyways, I grab my backpack, I grab my phone even though I know it won't last long and head out the door. I write a note and put one on each door, in case they're looking for me. Why on each door? I don't know. I just felt like it.
Lilith's note Dear Lilith, If you read this, know that I'm alright and that I'm not home. Why? ...I can't tell you or else you'll come looking for me. I don't want you to get hurt. I care for you a lot. Like my own sister. Anyways, just know that I'm not home and I'll be careful. If I don't make it back...*scribbles part out slightly* don't worry. I'll be back. For sure. Kai's note Dear Kai, Hey little brother. I hope when you get this, that you don't think I'm dead. I'm not. Well, I may not be. I don't know. I'm going to look for our mom and dad. Why without you? Because I need you to keep things casual while I'm gone. I don't know how long I'll be but if I don't come back in 5 weeks, then tell everyone we know. I'll get them back, don't worry. I put my pen down and slide it under their doors. Hopefully they'll read it. Just in case though, I write another note and post it on the kitchen counter. Just a note saying I'm gone and don't come looking for me. I slip outside, after making sure no one woke up, and left.

Kai I heard the door close as I was sleeping. I'm a light sleeper, so I hear everything. I sit up in my bed and rub my eyes. I look at my clock: 12:30 am. Who could be up this early? I get out of bed carefully, not to wake up Axel and to get some water and go back to sleep. I get to the door and then feel something under my feet. I look down to find a piece of paper with my name on it. And in Ash's handwriting. Weird... I pick it up and sit on my bed to read it. It says: Dear Kai, Hey little brother.
