On the brink of insanity (On-going)

I'd back towards our table. I'm upset, plus with the thought that some people who saw us  a moment ago is having fun with me, right now.  Actually, they might make a fuss out of it. Who knows? I never been in this situation way back then, it's always the guys who's approaching me and get over their knees on me. So they might take it as a big scoop.

Inagaw ko ang iniinom ni Ava, i drank it straight. The fluid has a stinging effect while its flowing on my throat, which lately gave me a burning sensation. Pretty good! I get another one from our table. And this taste bad! I was about to puked it out when Hazel covered my mouth, i resists  so  she let go of her hands on me. I hold my chest while gasping.

Lumapit sa akin si Ava. "Ano ba nangyari girl? Inignored ka lang ba ni Sean?," she asked me while knuckling her fist like she's readying for a fight. I was just staring on her. "Sabihin mo lang, reresbakan na natin, ora mismo! Kasi kahit gwapo pa yun, dinehado ka niya prend kaya hindi iyon makakaligtas sa aking kamao,"she added with a face of giving me assurance.

I then squirmed my face. "Yah, i was ignored by that cold rude guy, maybe i'm not his type so he do that. But it's not the time for a fight too, so i will let this go." And i rolled my eyes and let a sigh. So Kaylee handed me a shot, how i hope that this may help me to forget the incident earlier. Jeez!

"Ellie is right! Kapag hindi tayo gusto edi palampasin na lang natin ang tsonggo, hahaha," wika ni Hazel kaya naman napahalakhak rin si Ava. At ako ay hindi ko rin naman maiwasang mapangiti sa sinabi nito. Jokes of her has sometimes a point naman kasi.

"Grabe ka naman Hazel, paano naging tsonggo si Sean ha?! Ang super duper gwapo nga nung tao, patimukhang mabait naman siya," pagtatanggol pa ni Kaylee while her hands are crossed. Crush nga pala nito ang lalaking iyon, kaya she's acting like this. Napaupo na lang ako sa couch at pinabayaan na lang mag-away ang dalawa.

"Hanunsyo mo inday! Minsan yung mga mukhang mababait sila yung gago," sabat pa ni Hazel.

Sumimangot naman si Kaylee na animo'y triggered na ito. "Hindi naman lahat porke't ginawa ng isang tao, ang tingin niyo ay pare-parehas na rin, 'wag kayong judgemental,"she said.

"Serious ka teh? Magtatalo tayo talaga? We are just consoling Ellie, napakapanira mo sa moment e! At 'wag ka na pati magkacrush dun, masama yata ugali. Hanap na lang tayo ng iba, okhe?," ani pa ni Ava.

"Edi waw! Hindi pa rin ako turn off, kaya no need to change my crush," mataray pa na sabi ni Kaylee.

Napahawak naman sa sentido ng noo si Ava. "Hayss! Landut mo besh! Hindi ko kinakaya persistence mo sa kakirehan," at naupo na lang rin si Ava.

For the past hours ay inenjoy na lang namin ang pag-inom. My head feels heavy, but Ava drag me and we went on the dancefloor.

"Oh yes! Ta- nanan- nananannan", we said in chorus while we're jumping in the tune of music. We screamed hard and bang our head.

But after couple of minutes,  nagkahiwalay kami. I'm drunk and  a little bit tipsy, but the music is just too good, to make me groove.

And suddenly, i felt that there's someone hugging from my back. But i just continue dancing. "How’s it going?Are you likin’ the party?", a familliar voice whispered on my ears so i turn around to see the face. Its Miggy.

I nodded as my response. I can't figure out what i am feeling din kasi. Kanina naiinis lang ako then now i am enjoying the party. Hinapit naman ni Miggy ang katawan ko at nilagay nito ang kamay sa aking baywang. I'm totally shock. There's only a inches away from our face.

"You don't know how glad and delighted me at the same time,Ellie. Thanks for coming, this is my best birthday i've ever had." I can't reply like my tongue is at the freeze state, and he hugged me again so we're like a couple now that swaying our bodies together.

It makes me feel uncomfortable, that i can't handle it for a little longer so i pushed him and left him on the dancefloor, without saying anything. I know that Miggy likes me, he's a good guy as well and i can sense his tenacity at all, but it doesn't mean that i will like him back. He has nothing to expect from me. I don't want to hurt him too, so for the mean time, i will stay away from Miggy until he focus himself on someone. Not definitely me.

I was nowhere to go. It seems that i'm a lost kid in the crowd. I can't see clearly, because the neon lights of the club keeps striking on my face. And i felt dizziness, so i grab someone's body to hold. Unfortunately, i can't also managed balance, so while closing eyes i just waited for my body to fell on the floor. But it doesn't, its like someone catch me.

The person slapped my face. "Stop with such nonsense." I open my blurry eyes and it's like a guy. He chuckled too. "Loosen up, don’t be so stiff," he said and i think he carry me.

I don't know what's happening anymore, i drained hard my own consciousness. The next thing i knew is i'm lying on a couch and then he fix my position. He got something in front of my face. "Hey, drink it. You look dehydrated and this would help to sober you up." I managed to sit and get what he offers, a glass of water so i drink it. My eyes are half open still,but i smile to him and reluctantly took a sip again until i consume it all.

I dropped the glass on his hands and im little dozed off. Since i was curious, pinilit kong alamin kung sino ang tumulong sa akin. I am stupefied, because it's Sean. "Holy Cow, damn! Are you the one who help me?!" pagturo ko pa dito kasi hindi ako makapaniwala.

"Isn't it obvious? Well, if you feel a bit better,you can go now but if you can't you'll have to stay a few longer minutes," Sean expounded.

"No– uh." I grinned. "I'll stay," i am tensed and why the hell i said those words. Oh my freaking brain just betrayed me.

"Are you sure?," Sean picked up a beer from the table and drink it, while i am here watching him. Its like i am viewing a fascinating sight. Hell, why does his adam's apple looks sexy? As like Leonardo DiCarpio, the actor.

"I’m sure." I said eagerly, and then i saw how he grin. Does he smile because of me? Or he's duping me by his reaction? Hell yah! Maybe he's also planning to play my feelings, as she does to other girls. I thought he's different but it's looks not. Too bad! He got the wrong target.
