On the brink of insanity (On-going)

"Really? Its great that you finally get over. And you got a nice girl to take care of you" Leah exclaimed.

I'm not in favor on this situation. I can't let my mouth off. "Its not what you think Leah, he meant to say that i'm his girl friend. Like a kind of kabarkada." I explained the truth.

"Oh did i got the wrong idea? But you two looks like having an attraction to each other, do you?" she asked and feels like she's hitting something. I don't know but is this how the ex-girfriend reacts when he saw her past partner? Parang may naiwan pang hinanakit at pagdadamdam, kaya lang hindi ko alam kung ano ang istorya sa pagitan nila. I should excused myself na lang siguro.

I fake a laughed. "You must be kidding!" I tapped her shoulders. And then i also took a glanced on my watch. I slightly scratch my scalp. "Uh-ahm, before i forget its time for my first class na pala kaya see you around na lang, guys." I walked backwards and moved away from them.

Hindi naman sa rude ako pero at some point of our life, we should know kung saan natin ilulugar ang sarili on every situation given.

Nang makapasok ako sa classroom, medyo marami na rin ang tao. But sina Hazel ay wala pa, so i just seat up na lang and kinuha ko sa bag yung notebook ko para makapagre-read ng notes from the past lesson. Maigi na yung ready.

I gave my focus talaga kapag nag-aaral kasi hindi ako ganun kabilis makapagcomprehend. I'm not smart, and i can't imagined kung may space pa ba sa utak ko ang mga out of this world formulas. Kung hindi lang sana nabuhay yung mga scientist siguro, come to think of it na we can never experienced this burden matters.  Honestly, through my 2 years of being a chem student, i'm often to got a headache lang talaga.

"Aral yarn?" Hazel appeared suddenly on my side.

I faced her. "Hindi ka sure?" I spoke.

"Anong nakain mo? Himala't nagbabasa ka ng lessons." She occupied the chair next to me.

"Nothing. But i think the conscience of a good student just possessed me a while ago. So maybe i need to have a study habit more often. What do you think?"

She just gave me a thumbs up. And then our professor came na nga and start his class. Fortunately, i understand our lesson today or i just gave my attention lang talaga.

And then on lunch time, sama sama kami nina Hazel, Kaylee at Ava. Sa RJB na lang kami gumoes kasi sobrang hassle kung babyahe pa kami para kumain sa mall. Atsaka we're craving din naman sa spicy liempo at caldereta.

After our lunch, tumambay muna kami sa plaza de vicente. Masarap kasing magmuni muni kasama ang mga puno at fountain. Umupo lang kami sa isa sa mga bench at nagkwekwentuhan nang biglang naispottan sa malapit ni Ava si Sean. Tinuro turo pa nito kung saan ito nakapwesto kaya halos lahat kami ay nakatingin dun, pero hindi lang naman kami nu? Kasi pansin ko rin yung ibang napapadaan ay napapalingon dito.

"Bakit kaya dito pa niyan napili magbasa imbes na sa library?" wika ni Hazel.

"Baka ganyan ang study environment na gusto niya. Yung hirap siyang nakayuko sa nga binabasa niya" sagot naman ni Ava.

Habang ako ay patuloy lang pinagmamasdan ito. Bukas ang ilang butones ng uniporme nitong polo, syempre mainit nga naman. Tapos nakasuot din ito ng glasses at tahimik lamang na nakaupo sa parasol table sa ilalim ng puno.

"Ang gwapo niya talaga, diba Ellie?" Kaylee smirked on me.

"Ayos lang." I replied.

"Minsan ayos lang din umamin ng totoong nararamdaman, kasi mahirap iyan itago talaga, mas lalo lang mahahalata." wika ni Hazel.

"I agree sis!" Ava added.

Napatingin naman ako sa dalawa na parang irrelevant ang mga pinagsasasabi ng mga ito. Then after a while, biglang nahagip muli ng mata ko ang pwesto ni Sean and may biglang lumapit dito na babae. And when i saw the face of the girl. Its Leah. So what's the meaning of this? Magkakilala ba sila or may namamagitan sa kanila? Pero why i think of them ba?

"Oh my!  Si Leah Tuazon ba iyon or kamukha lang?" Kaylee looks surprised. Tumingin rin naman sina Ava at Hazel.

"Oo nga! Pero hindi ko nabalitaan yata na dito na rin pala siya nag-aaral? Syalen, model ang lumalapit kay Sean ah!" sabi pa ni Hazel.

Ava snapped her finger on my face. "Anong masasabi mo ate girl na parang pumapatay na ang tingin sa hindi kalayuan?" she asked.

"I met that girl earlier but i don't know that she's a model pala. Miggy also knows her."

"So she hit two handsome birds at one stone naman pala," Hazel said.

"Gwabee iba talaga kapag famous at maganda" singit ni Kaylee.

"Tsk! Singkit lang yan at maputi. No match pa rin yan sa manok ko. Anerk Ellie?" Ava uttered. I just nod.

"Ok, let's stop the talk about them. Change topic, guys." I suggested, but deep down i'm not feeling right. Its like my inside sparks suspicion and a low level of bitterness. Oh hell! Why does i want to know things about him?!
