Love Yourself 結 'Answer' (stylized as LOVE YOURSELF 結 'Answer') is the third Korean-language compilation album by South Korean band BTS. The album was released on August 24, 2018 by Big Hit Entertainment and is available in 4 different versions: S, E, L, and F. The album contains twenty-six tracks (twenty-seven for digital version), including eight new songs, with the track "IDOL" serving as the lead single. Most tracks are from Love Yourself: Her, and Love Yourself: Tear, including some remixes. EGOIST is the solo song performed by BLUE.

━━━━ ABOUT: The song is the continuation of ERASER where BLUE's character finally faces her TRUTH and her FEELINGS. Unlike her song in WINGS the song tackles LOVING YOURSELF. Leaving the feelings of hate and despise, she turns to loving herself instead of her LOVER because without loving herself first, she cannot truly love her lover. THE SONG does have strong undertones with the struggle of LOVING YOURSELF showing that it isn't easy, and of course there will be bumps on the road, but it is worth it.

━━━━ MV: The comeback trailer was released during the first day of PRIDE MONTH and has 65 million views. The MV has various scenes in mainly red, pink and white backgrounds, with the same female companion from ERASER. The MV starts with her alone in a factory away from civilization where she truly finds herself and her self worth. It shows NATURE in its most beautiful form. AT FIRST, scenes of her touching and hugging another girl are seen but towards the end you see this girl is HERSELF symbolizing SELF LOVE.
The ending is of BLUE setting down an old picture of herself and her family showing that her OLD SELF fueled by HATE and IGNORANCE is dead.

━━━━ AUDIENCE RECEPTION: This such song, much like ERASER was widely accepted by CRITICS and a very empowering song for everyone who listens. Fans praise it for showing that LOVING someone doesn't fix all your problems and that you must first LOVE YOURSELF. It was released on June 1, the first day of PRIDE on purpose by BIGHIT where they wrote a loving message towards the community at the end of the song.
