Is how I determine who lives and dies.

So far we've had 12 winning tributes. Indigo Godspeed. Zoe Vessel. Annalies Well. Mildred East. Oscar Leigh. Jillie Hapenes. Dilemma Jastings. Ranger Lockwood. Brad Sweeney. Terra Cotta. Chives Colfer. Linus Flanigan.

If your tribute is from any of the winner's Districts and is their gender, I have to kill them so that it is even- a male and a female winner from each district.

I'm not going to let anyone change what District they submitted their tribute as unless, of course, the District spot is already taken. Just keep the method in mind for future submissions.
