*roosters crowing is not as loud as some may think

*it's only 90 decibels which is comparable to regular dog barking

*to protect their ears, roosters tilt their head back when they crow

*when they tilt their heads back, their ear canals get covered completely by some somatic material (like how we use ear plugs)

*roosters try to out compete anything they think is a threat

*if they hear other noise they will try to "out-crow" the noise

*roosters are male chickens that look over the flock

*the rooster is also a chinese zodiac symbol

*people under the rooster sign are said to be charming, beautiful, and kind-hearted

*but are also very high energy people and don't like to admit when they're wrong
