Updated: aight he's not an agent, but part if the SHIELD medic. They just do like any other medical attention. But I still can't find this one specific Toledo guy! I guess he's not a character, but just a... random person? :( IDK i never heard of this game before (I actually saw one of there trailers during a football game .-.
