So far, what I know, Agent Phil is a GREAT character. Base on the MCU talk- he's a lil fan boy (relatable), he loves his job as a SHIELD agent (inspired), he's a fucking bad ass (I've seen a cuple of comic panels, and in strike force- he looks 👌👌👌), and he so loyal he will sacrifice himself 😐☹🥺
