Steve started as Captain America, howevre when he gets captured by HYDRA, he won't remember. From the effect he's being getting, he lost memory who he truly was, except from Skull convincing Steve he is Captain Hydra. Including a lot of identity frauds to Steven, except for his name of course.
So this transition has turn Steve to a different person. He is the worst yet best of what makes Steve, Steve.
Howevre, the real Steve might not seem present. But if you think about it, Hydra might of change his mind- but they definitely did not change his heart.
The heart, his heart, is pure leadership, loyal, and loving. But he doesn't know it or honestly commit to it.
One incident when he found out the truth... hes not loyal to Hydra. And when Steve did conference about his knowledge, they set him of- push him to another alternative univers.
He doesn't know who he is anymore. Worst, he has no one for guidance- especially cause he's not in his original univers. So madness took over him, he hates the world, people, and will take a fight who ever challenges him.
Till one day, he will lay eyes to an... interesting man by the name of Tony. At first he didn't care, but the more he runs up to him, the more Steve can feel something other than rage. And every since, he will get dreams that might be memories of his past.
Yet he dint care. Its probably just a dream, wich gives him a big headache.
Overall, he still hates the world, hates all human kind (except for one), especially if they wher or are form Hydra. Though that revenge mind set will be gone later when a Hydra member was able to turn Steve back to pride Captain Hydra. But this time, he's less mischievous, and more serious and drain.
Including working with Superior Iron Man, more often since... they are dating now UwU And become a powerful couple, thay they can dominate the world!!! >:]
