Chapter 9: A Meta attack and throwing a lightning bolt properly!

I'm right now on the roof of the house and it's night time and I'm stargazing because I've done that with my family for fun actives since I can remember and Eveline was the one who taught me what the Big Dipper is and what the Little Dipper is then I saw Uncle Aaron come up to the roof "Oh, there you are Aidan" he told me "What's up uncle?" I replied "Everyone is gonna have a dinner party out front, everyone was wondering where you are because we want you to feel welcomed" said Uncle Aaron then I got up "Oh, I was stargazing, in my timeline, you, Dad, Eveline, Aunt Aphmau and I used to do it all the time when we were given the chance for family activities" I explained to Uncle Aaron "Really?" Uncle Aaron asked "Since I can remember" I replied "Alright, lets go!" I exclaimed grabbing Uncle Aaron and used my speed and ran to outside the front door "Whoa!" Uncle Aaron exclaimed "I know right?! I love that feeling" I told Uncle Aaron "Yeah" said Uncle Aaron and he wrapped his left arm around my back and escorted me to where everyone is and great Uncle Derek handed me a paper plate and started handing me some food "Um, Great Uncle Derek?" I called to him "Yeah?" he replied "Um, as a Speedster, I have to eat AT LEAST 10,000 square calories a day..." I told him and he looked very shocked that I have to eat AT LEAST that much "Because not only do I have hyper-speed and hyper-healing, I uh...my digestive system is just as fast as me so, I have to eat AT LEAST 10,000 square calories a day to survive, we learned that the hard AND painful way" I told them cringing from the memory of when I kept getting insanely painful headaches until I passed out from apparently not eating enough and guess how many I.V bags I was given? Guess how many right now (Guess In The Comments) and that's when we found out how much I need to eat and Great Uncle Derek got me so much food that it is JUST enough for it to be 10,000 calories so I sat with Mom, Dad and Eveline and I explained to them why I have to eat this much and after I finished eating I groaned a little "Okay, 30 chicken wings, 15 hotdogs and 15 corn on the cobs are OFFICIALLY my limit" I joked "I'm pretty sure that's anyone's limit Sweetheart" Mom joked and I chuckled "Oh, I am so gonna need to take a few laps to burn off some steam" I told Mom and Dad then I burped "Excuse me" I said after I burped because that was NOT on purpose then I got up then Jesse ran here "Whoa, Jesse what's up?" I asked "Meta attack" said Jesse and I looked shocked because my Particle Accelerator never even existed back here but Jesse said this Meta is from her earth and from the present so I ran and got my suit "Lets kick some ass!" I exclaimed to Jesse and we both took off running and Jesse is a little faster than me but not THAT fast, just a little then we made it to where this Meta-Human is and apparently this Meta has the power to create balls of light that blow up on impact then he saw us run by him "Ah, Jesse Quick!" this Meta exclaimed then he saw me "Who's the kid you brought with you?" he asked "The name's Velocity" I told him "Huh, so there's a Speedster on this earth too" he said as he created a ball of light again "Let's see just how good you are Velocity" he told me then threw the ball of light at me so Jesse and I scattered and I was getting everyone to safety as Jesse took care of the Meta-Human but Jesse was down so I can only think of one way to help Jesse and that is to throw a lightning bolt at him but I can never get it right "Aidan, can you hear me?" I heard Mom's voice in my earpiece "Mom?" I asked putting my fingers to the earpiece "How did you get in contact with the earpiece in my suit?" I asked Mom very confused "Courtesy of the help of Derek Lycan" said Mom "Okay well Jesse, she needs my help but the only thing I can think of that'll help her take this guy down is by blasting him with a lightning bolt but I can never do it right" I told Mom "Aidan, you need to listen to me, okay Honey? I know you can do it, I believe in you, everyone does, you can throw a bolt of lightning at this guy, your father, sister and I believe in you, we know you can do it" Mom told me giving me confidence then I closed my eyes breathing then opened them "Be Velocity Aidan, because that is who you are" Dad told me "Now run Aidan, run!" Eveline yelled through the earpiece "I'm Velocity" I told myself then I had my lightning in my eyes then I started sprinting and running in circles around this Meta "COME ON!" this Meta yelled at me then I stopped running then I let my lightning flow through me "AAHHH!!!!" I screamed and threw the lightning bolt at him AND I HIT HIM! I HIT HIM RIGHT WHERE I WAS AIMING!!! then he got thrown in the air and painfully landed on his back and passed out then I went to Jesse and helped her up "Thanks" she thanked me "Hey, it's the least I can do, you're a great teacher after all" I told her then I put the Meta-dampening cuffs on this Meta-Human and Jesse sent him back to where he came from in jail and she also told me that I basically have nothing left to learn because learning how to throw lightning was as much as Jesse knows so she went back to her earth but I have a way of contacting her if I ever need her help so so far? I'm the fastest teenager alive.
