So this is Fank. He is Frankenstein. Like literally. There's big pylons on his back which allow him to take in electricity. Denki would be a good partner for him. When Frank is overcharged he trades in his durability for his speed and strength. His heart is exposed because of this and it is a big weakpoint. Anyways I hope you like him ;w; BUH-BYE!!!!
