Okay so this is Yuuki! This is the new oc I was talking about. I was thinking about her design and I was like, "Okay. How do I make her look cute." And I was like "Pastel mixed with black. Here you go then" and she came out so adorable! I based her hair only slightly on Toga's because she has the cute messy buns but they aren't quite as messy as Toga's. I think this character came out so cute and I hope you like her! BUH-BYE!!!
Edit: I changed her quirk to wormholes because blackholes is already Thirteen's quirk.
