JF: Alden, may commitment ka daw bukas?

A: Yes po Ms. Jenny, early morning naman po yun sa GMA, tapos na yun by 10am.  Nandito na po ako by 10:30am. Yung kanina lang po talaga inabot ng past 12 kaya di na po ako nakahabol. Pasensya na po.

JF: Ah okay. Sige ayos lang, basta andito ka bukas. Ikaw kasi naka opening prod. Alam mo naman yun di ba?

A: Opo, kaya po nagpa-practice na kami ngayon para konting polishing nalang bukas.

JF: Sige mabuti naman. Pag igihan nyo ha. Sige na muna at may meeting ako in 5 minutes with TVJ and Mr. Tuviera.

A: Sige lang po Ms. Jen. Dito lang po kami.

JF: Ay Alden, pag dumating si Patchy sabihin mo hintayin nila ko ha. Pinapunta ko sila dito may pag uusapan kami. Wag sila aalis kamo ng di kami nagkikita. Importante.

A: Yes po Ma'am Jen.

Choreographer: Alden, practice na. Step 1, left.. step 2, right.. shake shake shake and pull. 4 repeats, 2 on each side. Let's go?

A: Okay po! *follows the choreo*

~~24 Minutes Later~~

Patchy: Maine, hanapin ko muna si Ms. Jenny. Kakausapin daw tayo kaya tayo pinapunta sa studio. Teka baka nagugutom ka, halika muna sa likod may catering dun.

M: *whispers shyly* Hindi po, okay lang po ako. Dito nalang po ako.

Patchy: Naku, bawal mahiyain dito Neneng! Sabi ko naman sayo bawas bawasan mo yang pagiging mahiyain mo.

M: Ehh.. di naman po direk. Ok lang po ako dito promise.

Patchy: *laughs* Sya sige ikaw bahala, dyan ka muna kung gusto mo. Tawagin nalang kita pag nakita ko na si Ms. Jen.

M: Sige po dito lang po ako. *sits on the side and watches the dancers practicing on stage*

Choreographer: Alden, again.. Step 1, left.. step 2, right.. shake shake shake and pull. 4 repeats, 2 on each side. Okay good! Now slide.. left, slide.. right, turn, shift your hips and turn again. Two repeats.

A: *suddenly feeling his ears go warm and the hair on his arms prickle, as if someone is staring at him, he starts looking around and found her staring at him*

M: *like a deer caught in headlights, she couldn't escape his gaze as it caught hers*

A: *continues to hold her gaze and he gave her a smile*

M: *found herself giving a small smile back*

A: *his heart thudded, and his feet, moving on their own accord, started to take two steps to where she was seated*

Choreographer: Alden huy! Di pa tayo naka break! Practice pa! slide.. left, slide.. right, turn, shift your hips..

A: *interrupts the choreo* Kuya, sino yun? *nods his head discreetly towards her*

Choreo: Ha sino? Ay crush mo no? Di ko kilala. Baka bagong talent dito.

A: Kelangan ko syang makilala.

Choreo: Bukas mo na hanapin. Sige na practice na aba! Di ako pwedeng abutin ng gabi dito may raket pa ko mamaya!

Patchy: Maine lika na, tawag na tayo ni Ms. Jen.

M: Sige po.. *reluctantly follows Patchy to the backstage*

A: Asan na?? *finding her gone when he looked up again*

He looked around everywhere. But alas, she was nowhere to be found. Why does she look familiar, have they met before? He feels something in his chest that he hasn't felt before, but he knows it has something to do with that girl.

Right there, he vowed to himself:

"I will find her."
