"Good morning, kids. I'm Detective Y/N Severide-Rixton and this is my coworker Detective Thomas Rixton". You say to the group of kids from the school that was taking a tour of the police station.

"Your Logan and Laura's mom and dad". A kid with red hair spoke up from the back of the group, making everyone giggle.

"That's right. We are their parents. So we protect them and everyone from harm".

"Have you shot anyone"? Another boy asked, making all the kids stare at you with bug eyes. You and Thomas looked at each other, not knowing what to say.

"Let's wait for questions after the tour, shall we"? The teacher quickly covered.

"Yes. So let's start with the evidence room. It's where we keep all the stuff that comes with the suspects. There's stuff in this room that will put bad guys behind bars and they will go away for a very long time". You tell them as Thomas opened the door.

"Do you put kids in jail"?

"Um. Well. If they did something really bad then yes".

"Even if it was a accident"?

You walked over to the little girl asking the question and knelt  down in front of her. "Have you done something bad"?

Her lip started to quiver as she nodded. "Do you want to tell me or do you want to talk with someone else"?

She shook her head no to you. "I'll get our Trudy Platt to talk with you. She's great with kids". You walked over to Trudy with the little girl beside you.

"Trudy, this little one has something she would like to talk to you about".

"Then let's go talk. Would you like something to drink"? Trudy took the girls hand in hers and walked away.

"Where were we"? You put your hands together as you came back to the class.

"Oh yes. The evidence room. It's pretty boring in there but theres some neat things in there as well. Like someone pulled over  a man that was speeding well in the back of the car there was a tiger. We had to keep it in the evidence room until animal control was able to get it".

"Wow, a tiger. That must of been scary".

"It kinda was. We were afraid it'll get loose and storm Chicago. But luckily for us the room has a cage in there for fighter dogs or animals that get left behind from their owners".

"Have you ever arrested clowns"?

"What a odd question. I have not. Thomas"?

"I haven't either. But if you would like to meet some clowns let's go up to the intelligence unit and you'll meet Adam. He's something else". Thomas chuckled as he led the group up the stairs. You followed in the back making sure their wasn't any stragglers left behind.

As you got up the stairs, you heard a what sounded like a gunshot went off you rushed up telling the kids to get down. There standing in the middle of the room was one of the students with a gun from evidence, the tag showing you as it hit the floor.

"Mom"! Laura screamed as she hit the ground. Thomas and you rushed over as the team got all the kids out and brought the boy to Hanks office.

"It hurts, mommy". She cried as you cradled her. Thomas ripped up her Jean leg and saw the bullet grazed her leg.

"I'll take her down stairs and wait for an ambulance". Thomas lifted her up and walked down. You went into Voights office.

"How did you get the gun"? You bent down and started talking to the young boy who was in shock.
