#13 Baby Troubles p2

Bunny's POV

Doggy and I are on the way to get some stuff from the mall. We went there in my car since using a police car might hold too much attraction. Doggy is on the wheel while I silently think of any other things that we might need. The ride was...quiet. Too quiet actually. Why is it's always like this when both of us are in the same room...

"So...How was your week?" He finally spoke up. It's like the weight that was on my shoulders just disappeared. "It was great. I'm sorry that I couldn't help you guys with the posters. My little brother was sick that day, so I had to take care of him."

"You have a little brother?" He asks eyes on the road. "Mmhm" I nodded. "No wonder you're great at little kids." "It's not just that. I babysit for others as a side job." With that, I suddenly have a question in mind I wanted to ask.

"Hey Doggy?" "Yea?" "I'm curious about something, what's your relationship with Y/N?" He was puzzled for a moment, and I started to panic. Was that a rude question to ask? Just as I was panicking in my seat, Doggy let out a little laugh. "You think me and Y/N are a thing?" He glances at me, kind of smirking.

"W-Well, it's just you two seem so close. I just thought-" "Heh. It's alright. We and Y/N both get that a lot when we went around town." He chuckles. "I guess I see her as a little sister rather than a protégé." I smiled. "I'm glad she has a mentor and a brother-like role model like you."

"Hey! We're here!" Doggy said. "Great! Let's go to the baby store."

Doggy and I entered the baby store in the mall. The whole place was in a baby pink color. "Bunny! It's so nice to see you again!" A voice said from the front desk waving at us.

"Hi, Cassie!" I wave back at her. "Who's your friend?" She said pointing beside me. Doggy quickly reacted and held out a hand. "I'm officer Doggy. But just call me Doggy." "Oh~ You're an officer. Well, it's an honor."

I scanned the store before turning to Doggy. "How about this, you go to the supermarket and get some food we need for tonight and I'll stay here and get the things Y/N needs for a few days. That way it'll be faster." "Sure sounds great." He said before going out of the baby store.

I turn back at Cassie and I was surprised to see her holding her laughter. I raised a brow in confusion at her. "You okay, Cass-" "Girl! Why didn't tell me you had such a hot damn boyfriend!" She exclaimed. "WHAT?!" I can already feel my face burning up. Cassie just giggled. It's a good thing there's no one else in the store except for the two of us.

"Cassie! Doggy and I are just- WHERE DID YOU EVEN GET THAT IDEA?!" I ask her freaking out. "Oh, I just assumed that when I saw you two walking in together. I mean, I bet it's not just me that ships the two of you just 2 minutes ago." Cassie winked in a random direction.

I nearly facepalmed. Why does this keep happening to me?! But I just kept my cool. "Cassie, there's nothing happening between Doggy and me." "Oh yea? Then explain why you're in here?" She teased even more smirking.

Should I tell her about Y/N? She might not believe me about what happened to her... "It's...complicated." That was all I manage to say. I used my ears to slightly cover my blushing face while I look for the things I needed. "Admit it, Bunny!" Cassie laughed from the front desk. I just rolled my eyes and grumbled quietly. This is too embarrassing...

Zizzy's POV
Doggy and Bunny left a while ago to get supplies, and Pony isn't back from sending the twins home. So it's just me and mini Y/N in the living room.

I just yawned in boredom. "Still can't believe you got turned into a baby..." I mumble. I'm laying on my belly while watching Y/N playing Duplo blocks. She is stacking them up into a tower.

Seeing Y/N like this makes me look back at the times with my twin sisters. We used to be so close. Playing together in the garden, teaching them how to fence, even pranking others.

I laugh at the memories. So, what changed us into being so distanced from each other? What happens to us?

My thoughts were cut off by Y/N crawling towards me. "Hello, there~," I said softly. "Jia!" She said in a high pitch giggling voice. I was confused about what she just said.

Y/N took my hat off my head and start to play with the feathers on top of it. I could only chuckle at this point. I remember Zee and Zuzy being like this when they were young. Playful yet curious.

I heard a knock on the door, I went over to open it and saw Pony. "Hey." I greeted. "Where's the other two?" "They went out to get supplies," I said sitting back down on the floor with Y/N. While Pony sat on the couch. 

"Seems like your not bad with kids." He said. "Pfft, tell Bunny that not me. My sisters won't even listen to me." I said putting my hat back on. "Well, have you ever wondered why they don't listen to you?" "There're kids Pony. Disobeying is what they do!" "But they aren't like this before, are they?" He said sitting on the floor beside me. I went silent. Looking down at hands. "Try talking to them, Zizzy." That was all he said before the front door swung open "Hey! Who's hungry?"

Poley's POV
Me and some other soldiers are searching for clues for who is responsible for this. I walk over to where the fixed gas leak was and I saw a note on the ground.

This wasn't here before, was it? I picked it up. And it read:

It is a danger to us all,
Only time will tell...

Heh! I have no idea what to name this chapter. And I had to write the first part because that's where the suggested character comes in. Haha.... (yay) Plus, I wanted to let you know more about Zizzy and her sisters' relationship. Hopefully, Zizzy will realize what their sisters really need. ;)
