KABANATA 15 : FIGHT

"DID YOU already ate your breakfast?" Mom asked.

Nang maranig ko ang tanong na yun, nakaramdam agad ako ng gutom.

I shake my head, well habang papunta kami rito hindi pa naman kami nakakapagbreakfast kasi nga excited si Dylan na makita ang Lola niya.

"Abuela! Hindi pa po kami kumakain kasi po excited akong makita kayo nila, lola ko!"sabi ni Dylan habang masayang pinapapak ang manok.

"Is that so Mi nieto, bueno kumain ka nang marami, pakabusog ka Mi nieto."Sabi nito.

Grant's mom is Half Spanish ang dad niya naman 1/4 american-spanish, tas half filipino.

Kaya maganda ang lahi nila, may haft din naman ako, my mom is half american kaya may pagkablonde yung buhok niya.

Tahimik lamang kaming kumain ng biglang putulin ni Grant ang katahimikan.

"How is dad's condition?" Tanong ni Grant sabay subo ng pagkain.

Sinusubuan ko naman si Dylan na busy sa paglalaro sa iPad nito.

"He's still in his coma state mi hijo, doctor's here are good pero hindi nila alam kong ano ang nagpatrigger sa kanya kaya siya na coma."Mom said.

"Is that so?" He said saka tumango tango.

After kumain we bid our goodbyes to her saka na umuwi.

na nang makauwi sa suite ni Grant, pagod na napaupo ako sa kama.

"Did you already pack your things?" I asked.

"Why should i? It's 3 days from now, minamadali mo ata ako."sabi niya

Sinamaan ko siya ng tingin.

"Ano bang pinagsasabi ko dyan? Nagtatanong lang naman ako."sabi ko.

"Uh? You're asking me to pack my things, you sound like you wanted me to go there right now."na niningkit ang mata ako nitong tiningnan.

"Are you hiding something?"he asked.

"Ano bang pinagsasabi mo Grant?" I asked.

"Or maybe you really know that guys from the hospital that's why you smile too much."komento niya.

"Ano ba kanina ka pa!" Sigaw ko.

"What?! I just want to clarify something." sabi niya.

"Pinagdududahan mo ba ako? You're the one who's acting weird this past few days! Baka naman ikaw ang may tinatago ng hindi mo sinasabi sa akin!"puna ko.

"Wag mong ibahin ang usapan Avianna."Madiing sabi niya.

Ano bang ipinuputok ng butsi nito at naghahanap ng away? Kita niya nang pagod ako!

"Where does this thing came from?" He asked sabay haplos ng earrings na suot ko.

It was the earring Chad gave me, days ago nagkita kami sa isang coffee shop he keep on telling me na kukunin niya kami kay Grant pero pinigilan ko siya.

"My friend gave this."sagot ko at saka siya tiningnan sa mata para hindi na kto magduda

"A woman or a....Guy?" He asked.

"Bat gusto mo pangmalaman? is the word 'friend' not enough for you to dispel your doubts?" I asked.

"Just answer my question!"sigaw niya.

"Don't shout at me!" Sigaw ko din.

"You're the one who's shouting!" Sigaw niya pabalik.

"Umayos ka nga Grant para kang bata!"sigaw ko.

"D*mn! Why am i feeling this way!"sabi niya at pinasada ang kamay sa buhok bago nagkamot ng batok.

"What are you saying?" I asked.

"You don't even notice! D*mn that's it! I'm jealous! I am f-cking jealous! Your happy now?" He said.

"Ano bang pinagseselosan mo? I am not seeing anyone Grant! For pete's sake halos dalawang buwan na kamj rito ni hindi ko pa naiikot ang buong syudad nang maynila!"puna ko.

"I don't know! I just felt it when you smiled at the male nurse!"Frustrated na sabi niya.

Agad akong natigilan, nagseselos siya dahil lang don sa nurse? Napakababaw naman ng pinoproblema niya!

"Come on you're acting like a child Grant! I just smile because i'm being polite, alangan namang simangutan ko siya?" I said.

"But...those smile's...i never seen that even before we're together this past few months! I want to make up for all my shortcomings! I want to rebuild our family! I'm glad that you're with me! but I haven't seen that smile of yours even when we first met after a long time of looking for you!" Nagulat ako sa pagluhod niya sa harapan ko.

He's...crying? Why..why is he acting like this?

"If you want to see that smile again, then why? why when we first met, You still have to hurt me, speak hurtful words! you've changed Grant! You can talk to me in a way that won't hurt me! you're so heartless do you think i can even smile after all of what you've did?" I said.

He changed a lot, he isn't like this noon, he's a good man! And that's why i fell inlove with him. He's a good man 3 years ago.

"Am i that heartless to you?"he asked.

Nagmistulang gripo ang luha ko, mahigpit kong naikuyom ang kamay na nakapatong sa hita, nakaluhod parin si Grant sa sahig.

Hindi ko na makayanan pa kaya naman tumayo ako at akmang aalis ng yakapin niya ako mula sa likod.

"I'm sorry."He said, nakapatong ang ulo nito sa balikat ko.

"I'm sorry if i didn't treat you well when we meet again, I'm sorry for being rude, I'm sorry for being an asshole! I'm sorry if I became heartless, I'm sorry because I forced you to sign that marriage contract again, I know i change a lot, but I have my reason's why I became like that." He said.

Patuloy parin sa pagtulo ang luha ko na parang walang katapusan.

"I'm sorry, please forgive me...i'll change, I will bring back what I used to be..I-" Humiwalay ako sa yakap niya saka siya hinarap.

"Please bring back my Grant years ago, i missed him so much! I miss the guy i used to love and cherish, i miss how he cared for me even though his cold sometimes...i want him back Grant, i want the old you."There i said it.

"Patawarin mo ako sa lahat Avi i'm so s-" i stop his words by kissing him.

He didn't respond at first but he suddenly put him arm around my waist and pulled me closer to him.

I put my hands on his neck to deepen the kiss, we kissed like there's no tomorrow.

Gosh! I miss him so much!

We stop for a sec to catch some air before continuing our kiss.

he picked me up and carried me to the bed, I wrapped my leg around his waist then addressed his kiss, charming, aggressive and cautious.

He sat on the bed while slowly removing the clothes i was wearing.

He left my lips and kissed my jaw down to my neck, i tilt my head to give him more access to my neck. he sucked my skin where my tattoo is.

"I love you ..." I said softly i felt him stiffened.

Tiningnan niya ako nang nanlalaki ang mata.

"Say it again please...i want to hear it."napapaos na sabi niya.

"I love you..."

He face me and smiled.

"I love you too, i always will.."after he said that he kissed me, but this time it's passionate.

He..He loves me too?
