Bedtime Story (Father TFP Optimus Prime and Sparkling Mech Reader)

Hope y'all enjoy this story! It's a little lighter than some of the others ones I've written recently.
No One's POV
Recently, the Autobots had managed to rescue a small Cybertronian sparkling mech that had landed on Earth. While they were rescuing him from Knockout (the sparkling had dubbed him "Cherry"), they learned that Megatron wanted to use him as a weapon, and swore to protect the sparkling at all costs. After they returned from retrieving him, Optimus decided to adopt him.

 Thankfully, although he wasn't too thrilled, Agent Fowler assured the Autobots that he would leave him be. He was a handsome red color, with turquoise markings and biolights. It was unknown who his parents were. They named him Blazer, mostly because of his rather fiery temper. He was the closest to Optimus and Bumblebee. One night, though, Optimus received a request from the little one, who had never mentioned it before.

"Sire? Wi' you tell me a swory?"! he asked adorably. 

Optimus sighed. He could never refuse such an innocent request. He thought for a moment, then smiled. 

"Once upon a time, there was a kingdom called Iacon. The King, Optimus, had recently gained a son, Blazer. But his evil brother, Megatron, who ruled Kaon, became jealous, and ordered that the prince be captured. Many tried, but they all failed. Finally, one succeeded. Knight Cherry, they all called him that because of the bright red armor he wore, slipped into Iacon, and kidnapped the prince. Once they discovered he was missing, the king became desperate, and offered a very large reward for his return. As before, many tried, and failed, to return the prince.

 Finally, Bumblebee, King Optimus' most loyal knight, decided to try and break into Kaon, and retrieve Prince Blazer. He was surprised when he was met with the daughter of the evil King Megatron himself. The Princess Arcee told Bumblebee that she had always secretly been on the side of Iacon, but had no way of knowing if they would accept the daughter of their worst enemy. She agreed to return Prince Blazer if she was accepted into their ranks. Bumblebee consulted with Optimus, who agreed to allow her to come. 

Relieved, the young princess managed to smuggle herself and the Prince out of Kaon. Once King Megatron had found out what she had done, he placed a large bounty on her head. The people of Iacon willingly gave her refuge, and gratefully thanked her for saving their Prince. Optimus rewarded her by making her Blazer's caretaker. It was a very high honor. 

As the years passed, Blazer soon fell in love with her, and she soon became his Sparkmate. Soon after that, they defeated King Megatron, and restored peace to the land. And they all lived happily ever after. The end."

Blazer had listened with utmost attention to the story at first, but soon his eyes began to droop, and he fell fast asleep. 

"Ni-night, Sire" he whispered softly. 

Optimus smiled at his son. 

"Goodnight, little one," he replied. 

He kissed and rubbed his helm affectionately, and then went to retire to his own berth, a happy smile on his faceplates.
