Jason's POV

Jason walked outside to see Percy on his phone. He seemed to be deep in thought, and curiosity got the better of Jason. He looked at Percy's screen to see him reading a one direction fanfiction. Jason couldn't help but start laughing. Percy looked up, his face red in embarrassment.

"My girlfriend told me to read it, and it's surprisingly addictive." Percy said, shoving his phone into his pocket. Jason smirked. He found it hard to believe that Percy's honor student girlfriend, Annabeth was reading Dark.

"Whatever you say, water boy." Jason said, and noticed that Percy was wearing orange, his school colors. Jason looked down and noticed he was wearing purple. There were two school districts in the town were Percy and Jason lived. There was the Athenian school district, the first one established in town. The kids on the south side went to school there. The other school district was the Cesar School district. This one was established later, and the kids to the north went there. There was an unspoken rivalry between the two schools, no one knew how it started, and no one knew how to end it. Jason had always thought the whole thing was pointless, but figured it was easier just to go with it. He thought Percy must have had something important to tell him, or else he wouldn't be talking to him at all. The two boys had been walking around the block, both deep in thought. Finally Percy turned to him.

"I'm just going to get straight to the point. You better not be planning to do anything to the Athenian kids at the gym." Percy said, and it took all Jason's will power not to roll his eyes. Even thought they lived to the north, Jason and his father's gym was in the south. Jason thought it to be a little ridiculous of Percy to think he would do anything to his clients, just because they went to a different school. Still people had done things like that before, like his ex-girlfriend. Jason shook his head, he didn't want to think about her.

"Relax, my father would beat me if I did anything stupid like that." Jason said, and Percy smiled awkwardly.

"Annabeth figured as much, but I still wanted to know for sure. Nico goes there, and he is like my little brother, you know." Percy said, and couldn't help but smile at Percy's sincerity. If it wasn't for the stupid rivalry, he figured that Percy and him would be best friends. Jason knew that Nico looked up to Percy. When ever there was some kind of sports event between the two schools, Jason would always see Nico run up to Percy after a game or something. Of course that had stopped after he had started going out with Annabeth. I wouldn't know all this stuff if it wasn't for her. Jason thought, and felt an ache in his chest.

"I understand. Sometimes people take the whole rivalry thing to seriously." Jason said, and Percy looked Jason in the eye.

"Look I'm really sorry about what Piper did. If I knew she was stringing you along like that..." Percy said, and Jason knew it wasn't his fault. He head been in love with Piper, and right before the championship game, she broke up with him. Jason had been out of it, and it had cost the Cesars the game. Piper had insisted that it wasn't the reason, but it seemed a little to much of a coincidence to Jason.

"It's not your fault dude, there's no need to beat yourself up over it." Jason said, seeing how down Percy looked.

"I know, but if I  Annabeth did something like that to me..." Percy said, looking pretty distraught. Percy must really love his girlfriend. Jason thought seeing how upset Percy was.

"I'm sorry, but I have to see her right now. I have to make sure that her love is for real." Percy said, before taking off towards a row of houses further south. Either love turns people into idiots, or Percy is a out of it. Jason thought, before deciding it was little bit of both. Jason shook his head, before heading back to the gym.

Nico's POV

Nico watched as Jason went outside to meet Percy. I wonder what that's about. Nico thought, seeing his "enemy" of sorts meeting his "hero". He figured it had something to do with Jason taking over the gym. Looking at the two boys, Nico decided something. Although they both were attractive, Percy was more like the boy next door, and Jason was more like a strict sexy professor. Nico was just going to pretend he hadn't thought that.

"I smell urine, use a urinal god dammit." Reyna yelled, and Nico couldn't help but smirk. Reyna was standing in front of the boxing ring, which was next the guys locker room, specifically the showers. Nico actually felt kinda bad for Reyna, considering Jason had put her temporarily in charge. He figured if anyone could take the strict assholes place, it was the equally as strict bitch. He figured that all Cesars were hard core. He heard his phone go off, and looked at the caller id. He saw that it was Piper, and decided to pick it up. The two of them had surprisingly became friends, because they both shared the same secret of being homosexual. Of course nether of them seemed it, being the boxer and the beauty queen. Piper asked if he wanted to meet at starbucks. Nico said yes. Even though he didn't want to admit it, he had nothing to look at now that Reyna was in charge. Piper was a regular at the gym as well, but was avoiding it due to Jason. Nico thought it was odd that she always went to the starbucks were Reyna, Jason't BFF worked though. He said goodbye instead of asking her about it though. It wasn't any of his business. Nico headed to the locker room, and noticed Jason's clothes in there. I wonder why those are there. Nico thought, before heading inside.
