Steven Universe Gone Wrong (plus reader)

Y/Ns POV:

No.
No.
This can't be happening.
He's gone.
He's dead.
Steven's dead.
What happened to his arm?

I was kneeling next to Steven' body. There was blood. Everywhere. I should have helped him. I should've done something.

i spotted a pink blur out of the corner of my eye, closing in on Spinel. There was a whoosh, and i saw her gem clatter to the ground. i watched Bismuth run up to ... Steven?

Lapis and Peri dropped down next to me, tears streaming down their faces. I stood up and numbly walked over to Spinel's gem, which Bismuth was now holding. I grabbed it gently, holding it in both of my hands.

"Bubble it for now. I don't know what she did to the others, but it's not good." Bismuth instructed me. I watched the pink version of Steven look between me and Steven's body with a slight frown.

it was too much. The ground started to shake.

Bismuth rubbed my arm in an attempt to comfort me. "It's alright, Y/N."

i felt my fingers wrapped around Spinel's gem.

Shatter her.
She killed Steven.
She deserves it.
Shatter her.
Shatter her.

I squeezed Spinels gem. And a few seconds later, I heard a crunching sound. Everyone around me -except Pink Steven- watched in horror as I tipped my now closed hand and the remaining chunks of Spinel's gem fell onto the ground.

"WHY DID YOU DO THAT?!" Bismuth yelled. She was gathering Spinels pieces and bubbling them.

I raised my hand, summoning my bow. I aimed the arrow at her.

bismuth held up her hands. "I understand you're upset, Y/N. Let's just talk-" I released the arrow, watching it split through her and poof her in a matter of seconds.

"I don't feel like talking." I muttered. I put my bow away and took a deep breath.

"wait! What are you going to do about that thing?" Peridot pointed to the giant injector, which was slowly pumping toxins into the earth. I cupped my hands and pulled upwards, and the chunk of earth with the injector in it popped out of the ground.

Peri looked over at me. "That works. Can you send it into space?"

I nodded and the chunk went flying into the sky, and I held my hand up until I knew it was out of the atmosphere.

I walked off, back towards the beach house. Leaving everyone to mourn.

Pink Stevens POV:

That girl seemed sad. And angry. She disobeyed the Bismuth's orders.

My body was weird looking. My eyes- his eyes?- were closed in an almost peaceful expression. The Bismuth reformed and looked around angrily.

"She's never been like this before." She muttered to the Lapis and deformed Peridot. She picked up my -his- body and started carrying him towards the house across the sand. I followed them, not really knowing what else to do.

"I know, she shattered Spinel. And poofed you without even blinking." the Peridot whispered.

"what if she hurts him? or at least tries to?" the Lapis glanced back at me worriedly.

"Let's restrain her," Peridot suggested.

Bismuth shook her head. "That's inhumane. i-i'm sure she'll calm down." She turned back to me. "Do you know where she went?"

I simply pointed to the beach house and everyone groaned.

"Just don't make her mad. I don't know what she's capable of when she's angry..." Bismuth said. "We should get all that-" Bismuth pointed to the sticky red stuff covering my vessel. "-off you. Go to the bathroom when we get to the house and get cleaned up."

when they entered the house, the girl from before was sitting on the couch, staring straight ahead with a blank look in her eyes. She wasn't crying, nor did she look like she was about to.

I walked in last. Like they predicted, as soon as she noticed me she lunged towards me, but Lapis and Peridot held her back.

"Get out." She spat at me.

the Bismuth sat the body on the couch, as far away from the girl as possible. "Go to the bathroom, Pink Steven." she demanded of me instead.

I walked to the bathroom and shut the door. i methodically cleaned my face and hands before staring at myself in the mirror. I look so... pink? I know I'm pink. But I'm so pink. i had never been so pink before. the other steven was always keeping me at bay.

There was a loud crash, followed by yelling. "Stop doing that!" Lapis's voice echoed through the door.

"Get him out of here!" The girl screamed. "I don't want to see him. I don't want the even think about him!" Was she talking about me? Or him? Us?

"you need to deal with it! Garnet, Pearl, and Amethyst will reform soon!"

"No! I'm not helping you!" The girl yelled.

"Please Y/N, we need your help!" Peridot pleaded.

There was another crash, along with screaming. I finally opened the door to see Bismuths gem on the ground, a nervous Peridot, and Lapis using a watery hand to hold Y/N still.

the Bismuth reformed with a flash of light. "What did I say about restraining?"

Y/Ns POV:

"Let me go, you bitch!" I yelled.

"You need to calm down!" Peri said. "if we let you go, you have to promise not to poof us."

I simply nodded, and Lapis let me down. I summoned my bow, and in one swift moment I shot an arrow at the Pink Steven.

He caught the arrow and snapped it in two just as quickly.

Lapis hit me on the arm. "What did we say?"

"I'm not helping you." i walked up the stairs and laid down on Stevens bed, curling up with the smell of him and the weight of my feelings.
