Before we do anything to your outside appearance we are going to start out with the inside. Lets brush that negative energy out of your mind and make room for positivity.

Exercise 1- Beauty Bible
Find a notebook or journal that is designated for you to do these exercises and write down product recommendations, tips, etc. Getting a cute notebook that is personal to you and your style will help motivate you. Personally, I have one that is pink with white polkadots that says "Make It Happen". You do not have to get a fancy notebook, you can stick with whatever you have, but make sure that it is only used for these topics. We call our notebooks the Beauty Bible.
