ch 19: Saturday calm day

Katsuki's p.o.v.

I shifted throwing my arm behind me trying to feel for my boyfriend sitting up confused when he wasn't there. I looked around my heart pounding and I started to feel my chest tighten and my breathing pick up. My whole body started to shake and I hugged my knees close. A small whimper escaped my mouth as I hug my legs close

"Katsuki! Calm down, I'm here' i looked up feeling slightly better but I was stuck in a panic attack

'Katsuki look at me. Take in five deep breathes' I did so

'now count 4 things you see' I look around and count

'now think of 3 things you feel' I think, my breathing calming down

'count 2 things you hear' shoto, and.. water..

'lastly 1 thing you need..' my body had stopped shaking, I didn't feel scared and my chest felt better. I looked at him and held my arms out wanting a hug which he carefully gave me. I let out a sigh of relief clutching on to his shirt and barring my face in his shoulder

~ So this is actually a technique I use during my panic attacks.. I just thought I'd add that in for you. If you want to use I would suggest it cause it helps~

Reader p.o.v.

After a couple minutes the two pulled away, Shoto looked at the blonde making sure he was ok before kissing his forehead

"Your ok.." he cooed softly getting a nod from the other. He then stood up walking back to the bathroom to turn the tap off that was still running. Katsuki looked around the room he had gotten a lot quieter over the last month due to being kidnapped for the second time. He slowly stood up moving to grab his pants seeing his bare chest in the mirror along with all the scars. He shiver getting a small flashback of the Villian Dabi grabbing his throat and pinning him to the wall

"Sho.. can I wear your hoodie today?" The blonde asked looking at the taller male who walked out nodding. He turned grabbing the hoodie and slipping it on making sure it covered as many of the scars as possible.

Shoto watched his boyfriend feeling sad and guilty that he hadn't been able to protect him for the second time. He knew the blonde couldn't be alone anymore without panicking a d that's why they had moved so the two were sharing a dorm. He didn't mind that part he just hated seeing the other in distress especially sense he didn't want to talk about what had happened.

After a couple of minutes the two had put on a decent amount of clothes and made their way to the kitchen. Katsuki stayed next to the taller keeping a firm grip on his shirt as they walked. When they reached the kitchen they were greeted by the sight of Sero and Kaminari in a full blown make out session

"Can you two not fuck in the kitchen? Or is that something we all have to deal with now?" Katsuki hissed glaring at the two who jumped their faces red as they apologized and walked out probably to finish what they started.

Katsuki rolled his eyes walking over to the coffee machine and starting to make his usual coffee. Shoto walked past him grabbing two packs of pop tarts and waiting for Katsuki. He leaned on the counter watching the blonde who was scowling at the coffee pot before finishing making it.
