England's clash today with Belgium resulted in the Lions' losing 1-0 due to a Januzaj goal early into the second half.
Although England lost in today's game they still move on to the knockout stage of the competition. They, along with Belgium, will be the two teams to proceed on in the competition from Group G.
But following the game, social media influencer Olivia Harris was spotted comforting England midfielder Jesse Lingard with a hug after the final whistle as family and friends flooded the field to congratulate the two teams on their progress to the next stage of the competition.
In recent weeks fans of both the footballer and the influencer have been led to believe that the pair are somewhat of an item.
Harris made a post on Instagram just 5 days ago with the caption 'I'm completely obsessed with you🙈'. Several friends of the pair including Harris' best friend, model Ruby Mae, and Lingard's England teammates Dele Alli, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Marcus Rashford commented underneath saying they knew who the brunette was referring to with several fans saying they hoped it was about the Manchester United midfielder.
