"unnie here!" the young girl excitedly shouted once she saw the figure she's been waiting for

"sorry for being late, the work got in my way" y/n said as she ruffled nako's hair, making the shorter girl's neat hair turned messy now

nako grumbled under breath as she tried to style her hair back to its original position before she heard the older speak

"why do you ask me to come here? it's cold, you going to catch a cold" with that y/n tighten the school's jacket nako wearing right now to avoid the younger from getting cold

she was just about to took off her own coat to give it to the shorter girl when nako quickly stopped her on her action

"unnie don't! i'm fine, you gonna catch a cold later" the older was hesitant at first to keep wearing her coat but the assured look from nako convinced her to wear it, though she's still ready to give it to the younger at any second if she needs it

"so why did you ask me to come here again?" y/n repeated her question as she focused on the view of the river in front of them, enjoying the cold breeze

while y/n is completely in calm, the girl beside her fidgeted with her fingers nervously, now that the older is sitting beside her looking all this beautiful, nako didn't have the courage to break it to her

"unnie is it okay for me to like someone?"

y/n turned her gaze towards nako who have her head facing the ground, she doesn't know if it was only her or that she heard the younger said with a sad voice

"liking someone isn't a sin, you are allowed to like anyone you like"

"is it okay to like someone when i'm only 15?" y/n pat the younger's hair for a short while, with a light smile on her face

"of course it's okay. but you shouldn't rush things up when you are still young, who knows it might be admiration that you mistaken as like? you gonna waste your time chasing things you don't actually wanted for in the first place"

"what if it's a girl?" nako asked nervously as she feels the older's hand stopped playing with her hair

"like what i said earlier nako, it's okay for you to like anyone you want to. you can't stop your heart from liking them can't you? even if you can, you still want to keep on liking then right? screw those judgemental peoples out there and just be you, nako. be comfortable and live the life you want to"

nako raised her head up to see the older awkwardly scratching her head, mumbling a soft "since when i can say something so thoughtful like this?"

the older turned her head to left once she heard nako laughing, she blinked her eyes for a few times, clearly confused by what made the younger laughed that happily

"there's no doubt anymore. i like you y/n unnie!"

"nako i know that already" now it's y/n turn to laugh softly

"no i meant by as in like like you, not as a friend or sister"

y/n stopped laughing as she looked at the shorter, not knowing what to say

"huh? what? but nako, i-"

before she able to say anything, nako had cut the older's sentence short by placing a quick kiss on her lips

"you said the other day that age is just a number"

"but nako, i'm literally 20 while you are 15 for goodness sake!" y/n frowned

"it's just a 5 years of age gap, there's even 20 years age gap out there unnie"

"the problem is that you are still a minor nako yah"
