Chapter 37

Kehlani POV
I was now in the house getting things together for the gender reveal today. It was me and the girls and Trey's mom and auntie. So it was all girls including Treys cousins my mom and cousins and grandma. My mom, grandma, mother in law , auntie and Trey's auntie were cooking early. I don't know why they were cooking early. But they were. It wasn't nothing but 12pm but they say cooking early means when it's time to eat all you have to do is "warm it up" but whatever food is food. Me, Erika , Kierra , Jada and Seven were putting decorations up. Well I was suppose to be helping but they wanted to surprise me on things so I'm sitting in the room alone... I don't know where Trey was because he left before I even woke up. I was watching some tv when Trey finally came in the room.

"Hey baby" I said
"Hey ma" Trey said walking in
"Where did you go?" I asked
I went to 5 different stores this morning. My mom sent me getting things to cook. Then they told me to go upstairs because I wasn't allowed to see anything " I said
"But I thought you got decorations " I said
"I did get them. But I don't know how it's going to be set up. " Trey said sitting at the bottom of my bed
"I'm hungry" I said
"They didn't feed you?" Trey asked
"No. I have to wait until the food is done" I said
"Who said that? " Trey asked raising his eyebrow
"Your auntie" I said
"Man she know you pregnant " Trey said shaking his head
"It's okay bae. I'll be fine" I said
"Man no-" Trey said
"No really bae I'm going to be fine" I said
"Ight. " Trey said
"What's on your mind though?" I asked
"What you mean?
"Bae I've been with you for about 6 months I know you so well now. I'm able to tell  when something  is on your mind " I said
"It's Jay  and Legend " Trey said
"What about them?" I asked
"Jay and Legend think that Victoria a set up which means that Chuco sent Victoria to spy on us" Trey said
"Well did you listen to what they had to say?" I asked
"No I brushed it off because it's our day and we don't need all that drama right now" Trey said
"Bae you have to listen to what they're saying. I know you're trying to pretect us, but they could be telling the truth for all we know" I said
"So what you saying I should do?" Trey asked
"I'm saying you should talk to Legend and Jay and see how they feel" I said
"When?" Trey asked
"Tomorrow bae" I said
"Ight. Thank you baby" Trey said kissing my lips and laying on my chest.
"Your welcome baby" I said

Kierra POV
I was downstairs in the back yard setting up the gender reveal things for my bestfriends. So Kehlani wanted everybody that was team boy to dark plan blue shirts. And everybody that was team girl to wear light pink. So that's what everybody would be wearing later on today. Me Erika, Jada and Seven were all putting stuff together. We had the team girl and team boy clip ons, cake, food was cooking tables and chairs outside, music things for the kids. Everything was coming together.

"I'm so happy my cousin got a girl like Kehlani pregnant. She's so sweet" Erika said
"This girl got more family than me showing up" Seven said
"Seven you never told us. Do you have family alive? " Jada asked
"Yeah I do. My sister. Aliyah. " Seven said looking down
"Where is she?" I asked
"I don't know where she was. I haven't seen her or my niece every since i was with Rico " Seven said
"You have a niece ?" Jada asked
"Yeah.. she's one and this is my first Christmas without them. I'm always with them for Christmas "
"I'm sorry" I said
"It's okay. Look today isn't about me. Let's get this ready for Kehlani and Trey " Seven said

I felt really bad for Seven. Aliyah was the only family she had and she's not going to be able to spend Christmas with her. I be she's worried sick about Seven wondering where she was and everything. I pray her and her sister find each other again. After seven telling us about her sister we started to finish up everything all we had to do was get the cake. I went back into the house where everybody was.

"So who's picking up the cake? " I asked
"Qua sent  Victoria to do it" Mrs Williams said
"Okay. Is that all?" I asked
"That should be all for the Decorations. It looks nice out there. Y'all girls did a wonderful job. Kehlani and Trey will be real proud. " Mrs Johnson said
"Yeah I know she's going to cry" I said chuckling
"That's my emotional daughter" Mrs Johnson said
"So what are y'all cooking? " I asked
"Oh it's really not that much. It's really just finger food. Like meatballs , mini sandwiches, chips and drink and I think Treys dad is grilling also. But I don't really know what he's putting on the grill" Mrs Williams said
"I think my sister is having a girl like me " Avianna said
"I think she's having a boy" I said tickling Avianna
"Nah it's definitely a boy " Qua said walking in with the cake.

I ignored him.

"If that's all y'all need help with then I'm going to go into the bedroom to take a nap. It's only 1:30 and I'm getting really sleepy" I said
"Alright love" Mrs Williams said

I walked passed Qua and through the living room to the steps. I heard Qua calling my name.

"Aye Kierra!" Qua shouted
"What?" I said
"Can we talk?" Qua asked
"There's nothing to talk about and I thought your girlfriend was getting the cake?" I said
"She did. She gave it to me. She said she had to make a phone call.
"I'm going to take a nap. See you later" I said walking up the steps

I walked up the steps and I heard Victoria talking on the phone. I got closer to the door but where she couldn't see or hear me.

"Yeah Chuco. The gender reveal is today. When can I stop pretending to be Quavious girlfriend?" Victoria said
"After the break. Continue to get information and let me know everything  when you find out. I now know everything about Trey and Quas life" Chuco said through the speaker
"Okay" Victoria said

Oh this bitch is going down. I said walking towards my room.

Kierra heard Victoria talking on the phone to Chuco
So Victoria does work for Chuco
