Your pov

You stared deeply at the moon not noticing someone who was creeping behind you

"boo" you heard your captain tried to scare you from behind, unamused, you turned around, note: you weren't scared nor a little.

"pfft. You didn't even flinched" he said defeated, then you busted out in laughter, he only chuckled.

"you never get scared huh?" he said

"nope, i think?" you said as you leaned over the railing

"what's wrong?" he asked while wrapping his arms around your small waist

"thanks captain-San" you said turning to him with tears piercing the end of your eyes

"for what?" he said while wiping the tears away and tucking a strand hair behind your ear

"well..... You found me at that island, now I'm here" you said hugging him tight

"that was a coincidence, but still, I was thankful that happened" he said hugging you back.

Next day...

It was cold around the sub which was really rare because the sub usually is warm

Walking to the gallery with a hoodie and a jacket covering your ice cold body, you preferred it to be warm...... But no you guys have to go through the winter section of THE WORLD.

It was worth it tho, seeing bepo happy was super cute. Being a polar bear in a warm place must be something.

You giggled at the thought while walking to the gallery, but bumped into someone

"(y/n)-ya?" you heard your captain say

"h-hi captain..... Question, w-why are we in this cold waters?" you shivered while hugging yourself attempting warmth, nope, nothing happened.

"you cold?" he asked and you looked at him

"oh..... I'll buy you a coat at the next island" he said,

'next..... Island? But next island is a.........'

"n-no thanks! I-I'm better here... Haha" you said 'the next island is polluted with horrible creatures, I won't go there!' you thought

"why are you so afraid of the next island?" he asked as both of you walked to the gallery, after breakfast, you'll warn everyone at the next island

"mina! I have a few things to say..... The next island, is filled with amini" you said

"how'd you know?" your captain asked

"well..... It IS ruled by one of my sisters, so it's impossible to not know right?" you answered

"any precautions? Because pretty sure there's trouble there" ikkaku said

"obviously..... Any who, you know how aminis are..... Right?" you asked them

"the aminis are the most powerful families in the world right?" shachi answer

"your not wrong, but they are also 'perfect'...... For some people" you murmured the last part

Later...

You guys arrived at the island, you stayed at the shipwith your captain

"here. I can see your..... Warm enough" he said with a smirk plastered on his face.

You grabbed the coat, put it on.

Later... Again

Everyone got back to the sub, no ones following them, thank goodness if you ask me.

"(y/n)-chan?" you heard shachi call to you, you guys already set sail

"yes shachi-san?" you asked him

"why are you so cautious of that island?" he asked

"I don't know either...." you answered as they sweat dropped

"(y/n)-ya..." your captain said behind them

The two jumped and almost shrieked

"oh hey captain" you said

"(y/n)-chan isn't scared easily, KAWAIII" the two cooed as you giggled

"how's the new weapons going?" your captain asked

"well....... I have a few actually, and I'll test them on a few terrains..... You know what I'll test the lava balls" you said while pulling a baseball sized ice ball with something black and red/ orange combined together

"what's that?" shachi asked

"ice balls with molten lava inside" you said

"wow..... I want to see that" penguin said

You were now outside

"you, guys see that Glazier?" you asked them as you pointed to a Glazier not too far and not too close

"yeah... What's with that?" shachi asked

You threw the ball to the ice, as soon as the ball hit the big mount of ice, the ball breaks and the molten lava scattered around.

"that's the how it works, it won't break unless the holder throws it" you said as you watched shachi and penguin stare at the molten lava in surprise

"ain't molten lava gonna melt the ice" your captain assured

"haven't you heard of thermal emulsifiers?" you said

"what's that?" penguin asked

"hard to explain, but reading almost all the books in the world in a matter of time, that was pretty easy" you said, shachi in utter confusion and penguin as well

"welp! I'm going inside now, it's freezing here" you said going inside.

At your room

You were inside reading some books while being wrapped up in blankets on top of your bed, your back facing the door.

"(y/n), are you really at THAT cold?" he asked as you jumped a little

"yeah...." you answered

You felt some shuffling beside you, when you looked law was also wrapped in the blanket while being beside you at the same time. He slipped his arms around your waist and pulled you closer.

"captain.... Why on earth are you here?" you asked him as your eyes flashed crimson and green, he saw that, he was amused

"well aren't those eyes cute?" he cooed while placing his chin on your shoulder

"no one....... I never showed anyone that" you mumbled

"really? It's beautiful" he said

"is that so?" you said half amused, bringing your knees up to your chest hugging them and looking up

"what's wrong?" he asked

"oh nothing..... I'm just remembering my old monstrous friends" you answered

"monstrous?" he echoed.

"yep. They are monsters, Mari, the one who raised me after Dr. Vlaanderene, has some friends" you answered

"who's this.... Mari?" he asked

"her real name is marionette, or some call her puppet." you answered

"ahhh...."

"she's an animatronic tho." you added

"animatronic?"

"mhm. Her, Freddy, Goldie, Chica, foxy, and the others are animatronics" you answered

"how's living with them?" he asked out of the blue

"fun! I developed my skills there, I made various of weapons and attached them to the animatronics secretly" you said the last part like a soft whisper.

"what island did they live?" he asked

"oh...... Horroro island" you answered
