The crew disbanded but still kept in touch, since the luffy is now the king of pirates. Yoshii had 2 beautiful children, potchii and nejii. Law had a job at a big hospital, even if he was a pirate, he was still accepted because of his professionalism.

Law then came home one night as you greet him while him taking off his shoes, once he got his slippers on you kissed him. You guys were now eating dinner.

"so? How's your work earlier law-kun?" yup, you still call him that

"nothing less, those dang nurses still flirts with me although I said I already have you, they'd proceed to flirt with me saying they were prettier than you, but when I show them your picture.... Ha! They were speechless!" he laughed

"haha, your still the surgeon of death I came to love" you laughed

"anyways, how about you my sweet cupcake? Lonly without me?" he winked as you giggled

"yeah..." you kinda pouted

"but...... I will have someone to be with me for 9 months" you said as he got curious about it

"I'll tell you later" you cooed as he eyed you as if you just did something horrible.

Later...

He went up stairs to change his clothes from the hospital as you were washing the plates, he came behind you now and wrapped his arms around your waist, he snuggled against your rarely exposed neck as he takes in your scent

"hey, who is it? You're keeping me waiting" he mumbled as you giggled while drying your hands

"be patient law-kun~" you said as you now turned around hugging his neck as he gave you a quick kiss

"come on.... Tell me, stop keeping it from me already" he said with his forehead on top of yours and his eyes were closed.

"okay fine" you puffed your cheeks as he seemed to lighten up, you grabbed his right hand and placed it on your stomach, he was confused at first when he realized it a 3 minutes after his confusion

"are you playing a joke on me?" he asked just to be sure

"nope! Since when did I joke, to you?" you pouted as you saw something glint in his eyes, when you looked closer it was tears, he cried out of happiness, he hugged and kissed you.

"thank you cupcake, my sweet cupcake" law said as you wiped away his visible tears.

"I'll stay by your side until our baby is in my arms, I love you so much" he kissed you again passionately. Hugged his neck to pull him closer.

Timeskip~

You woke up seeing law holding the sweet twins on his arms.

"they look so beautiful" law said as he handed you one, turns out it was twins a boy and a girl. The girl inherited his father's features, and the boy inherited your own features.

"thank you" he said kissing your forehead. You can see those nurses that once flirted with him were now extremely jealous.

Welp. Law had a mini and gender swap of himself, he was happy about that, while his baby boy inherited his hat and his coldness, slightly.

Heh, like heck you named the little girl (d/n) and the boy was roci, which was pronounced roxi.
