A week past and I've Barely heard from Mason
I don't really know what this means for "us"It's not that important to him
I decided I'd get out of my dorm for a while and go to Krispy Kreme
I've only tried it once back in my home town
It's sad to say I barely eat donuts
I got my jacket and whistled for a taxi
I really need a car
I arrived and the smell of freshly made donuts hit me in the face
I saw a man that looked nearly how Alec looked I stared him down until he turned around creepy I know.
He stared at me weird and I realized as I saw his face it didn't match up with Alec's one bit
I decided to sit down and wait a bit as the line got shorter
I brought my diary with me so that way I would write in peace
Dear dairy,
I haven't talked to you in a long time, yes I still refer to you as a person because no one holds my secrets the way you do, literally. Any way I can't believe I'm saying this but I can't get that dangerously obnoxious guy out of my head. There's something electrifying about him and it honestly put some spark to my Normally boring life. He was a mysterious kind of cool. I liked that he didn't care at all, I wish I was more like that. Especially when I think about Mason I care way too much. Even when I know he doesn't.
I just keep thinking about "what if I was like Alec" too cool to care. Maybe Mason wouldn't hurt me as much as he's unaware of doing so. Well this is all for now.I went up to the counter and got my donut and left smelling the New York air.
