I walked into the breeze unaware of how the cold could've gave me cold.

More so because I was only wearing a black cardigan, I never actually dress for weather.

I dress solemnly on mood/attitude, I hated the fact that there were weather changes here. I loved being on my own though so you learn to take the good with the bad right?

Anyways, I realized I had classes at 10:00 a.m. Im usually the first in class but I figured maybe id be the second or third.

I know your probably thinking "big whoop" but I'm never actually late for anything, or at least the second one there.

Scares me really

'2hours later'

"Today we will be studying the exhibits of a 45 year old man with heart disease, now class how would we treat him?"

The teacher went on for about an hour or so on how it can be treated and how it can't be.

"So what have you all came up with" he said waiting for hands to raise

My hand quickly shot in the air
Then so did Hasley's

"Hasley how would you treat him"
She went on for a good 10 minutes until finally the boring agony was over

I wonder if that's how visibly boring I sound..

She had brown hair cut shoulder length
I honestly might of actually been a tad bit jealous of her

Not just because she could pull of short hair but because she never sucked at anything.

"Okay class I'll see you tomorrow have a nice day" I ran for the door that looked more like a golden escape from a prison right now

"Summer hey wait" I was stunned to hear Hasley talking to anyone but her one friend Angie

" uh yeah what's up" I had said acting too cool to care

She smiled so widely "I was wondering your the only other person I know here besides Angie but here's the thing Angie's going back to her hometown this weekend"

I was wondering why all of this was any of my concern but I went along with it anyway

As she went on "so I was wondering I know this is completely absurd to even ask this so late in notice but would, well could you come with me to a B-Haze concert my boyfriends in the band, I completely understand if you can't but if you can please text me or something"
As she struggled to get her phone out her purse you would've thought she would've been smart to remember her own number

"Okay uh, oh here it is! 617-989-0000" she said looking a bit too concentrated

"Okay I'll let you know if I can" I said fake smiling the bitterness through my teeth

well it's not that I don't know Hasley it's just that we use to be close In the second grade.

That was until she turned my whole class against me, because I was a bed wetter, sweet girl huh

But we buried the hatchet in 8th grade and haven't spoke since.

Awkward enough she still needs me
