Chapter Sixteen

Sometime before

Lysandre's POV

"Hehe thought you could get away now that your pokemon are free?" I smirked. The boy's face was pure anger and frustration. "It's ready Lysandre" smiled Dr Xerosic. I turned towards him and smiled. "What's ready?" Delia questioned sternly. "Delia my love haven't you ever noticed something odd about your precious Asher," I said as she looked at me shocked. I could tell what she was thinking. That how do I know his real name. "H...how do you know his real name?" Delia said still, shocked. "After the Kalos crisis, I have been observing young Ketchum for quite a while," I explained ignoring Delia's question. "It seems that even though he is a loving, caring and kind person. Which is said by almost everyone he has ever met. There is darkness buried deep inside of him. All the love surrounding him make that darkness weaker and weaker. But now I'm going to use that darkness to have my revenge on both Aaron and this brat." I finished smirking.

Ash's POV

What does he mean by darkness buried within me? And why don't I know about this? Does my mother know of this? Questions were flooding my head as I asked myself more and more. "Mom, did you know?" I managed to ask. She looks towards the ground and, I understood. "It's okay" I yell as she quickly looks towards me. "I know you have a good reason not to tell me this." I smile at her as tears start to brim in her eyes.

Delia's POV

My vision blurs after he says those words.

Flashback

( Before I continue, Aaron can sense everyone's aura. (As if no one knew that already) So he knows if the person is good or bad or both)

"What's wrong?" I ask Aaron. He's staring at our baby with pain in his eyes. Like he would cry any second. "Delia I sorry to say but our baby has both good and bad aura inside of him and, I'm not saying that is bad but, if his life he is confronted by hatred and sadness the dark aura will be stronger. However, if it's the opposite and his life is filled with love, the light aura will be stronger." Aaron explains. I look down at our newborn baby and; I didn't know whether to be happy or sad. But I know that he would grow to be a kind and caring person that everyone is going to love. "We can't tell him this then," I say calmly and, my husband nods before embracing me into a hug.

Flashback ends

"Now before I continue anything, let's take care of you" Lysandre grins in my face. "Pikachu use thunderbolt" shouts Ash but Lysandre dodges and, the attack hits one of the grunts. At this point, Lysandre is exploding with rage. He forcefully pins me to the wall where these metal cuffs go around my hands, ankles and waist. He then marches towards the machine and without hesitation and pushes a button which sends out a beam of light directly towards Ash. It goes so fast that Ash doesn't get time to react. The next moment goes by slowly. I see the ray of light moving towards my son. I see the shock in his eyes. And then finally the shriek that brings time back to its speed. "No, stop what are you doing to him" I scream at Lysandre. But he doesn't move; He stares at Ash with his cold eyes completely ignoring me while my son screams in agony.

"I will wait no more," He says sternly. "I will make sure that this time I complete what I came back for; I shall create the world perfect with all of you imperfects gone." I can still hear his scream and how much pain he is in; I want all of this to end. "But you will join me Delia in the world that I am going to create," He says smiling; towards me. This time anger burns in me too. I will never join him! "I'd rather die than be with a villain like you" I give him a death stare. Lysandre laughs at this before his expression changes back to a serious one. "So you're willing to die even though I could make you my queen." He says. "Then I would gladly grant you that wish"

Present time

Red's POV

We all run towards the metal door at the end of the corridor. By now, I'm also starting to get a bad feeling. Just like dad, I feel like something wrong will happen. Without thinking, I barge in through the door only to see something I wish I never had. It wasn't mom locked against the wall or the beam that was hitting Ash. It was the dark energy or more like the aura that surrounded him. "Ash..." I heard my dad say. A few seconds later, when everyone was in I looked over to Serena and Clemont who both had a shocked look on their faces. "L...Lysandre...!" They said. The man with wild orange hair glanced towards us or more like at Serena and Clemont and smirked. "Ah what a pleasant surprise the Lumiose gym leader and the almost Kalos queen" he smirked. Their expressions changed from shock to anger as they glared at him. "And my old pal Aaron. What a great reunion, don't you think."

Suddenly, before anyone could say anything, the red beam vanished and, Ash collapsed. "What did you do?!" yelled Serena. Everyone was enabled to say anything. We just watched. "You should know Clemont," said Lysandre breaking the silence. " Since you're the one who stopped the machine controlling Z2." We all looked at Clemont who's expression went back to shock.

Clemont's POV

"The controlling machine (don't know what it's called -_-) that controlled Z2 and squishy but I destroyed it," I said loud enough for everyone to hear. "And so you did! But Dr Xerosic revived that device and this time it works ten times faster" Lysandre laughed. "And now that it's ready I can finally do what I wanted to. The perfect world." Before anything, Mr Ketchum started to walk forward. "Lysandre what is it that you want? I'll give you anything just...just let my son and wife go" He begs. Lysandre didn't look amused by the offer. "You wouldn't be able to give me anything because what I want is Delia" Lysandre shouted "But since she doesn't want to be with me and rather die. You can see her wish come true in front of your eyes. By doing that it's an advantage to me too you know because what's that saying again... oh yes If I can't have her, then no-one can!" Lysandre finished.

Aaron's POV

Lysandre is right. I can't give him anything. Especially not Delia. "How is it to your advantage?" questioned Red. "I'm going to use a certain someone here to do the work instead of getting my own hands dirty." he gave us an evil grin. Suddenly I knew what Lysandre was planning to do. I didn't want to believe it. But it was clear on who he was going to use.
