Chapter 12

It was another day of practice and Y/n wasn't in the mood after what happened yesterday. He didn't know why he said that it just felt like his lips moved on its own

So here he is now inside a library not to read but to sleep, the very back of the library was the perfect spot for him since no one can find him easily. Tapping the table with his pen repeatedly while looking up at ceiling his eyelids starts to become droopy as a yawn escapes his lips

School has already ended which means there's no students who will go to the library and hang out. Closing his eyes he covered his face with an open book and crossed his arms, as he was about to fall asleep the door to the library burst opened startling him and nearly making him fell out of his chair

Taking the book off of his face he was met with Nishinoya's face dangerously close to his making him to lean back

"What do you want?" He asked trying to place the book back to his face only for nishinoya to take it away

"So this is the one you're talking about?" Someone said

"Please leave me al-" Y/n was cut off when suddenly he felt himself being lifted up by his uniform and being dragged out of the library with Nishinoya trailing behind with his bag in his hand

Deciding not to argue anymore he just let's the guy to drag him to God knows where until he saw the gymnasium

"Oh no." He whined

"Oh yes, Now get changed and head to practice!" The guy yelled as he was dragged inside the gymnasium

"H-how did he dragged him like that without dying?" Tanaka asked Nishinoya

"He's Coah Ukai's grandson remember?" Nishinoya answered causing for Tanaka to sweat drop

Y/N came back with a frown on his face as he's wearing a plain white shirt and his shorts, Kenshin noticed this grew an irk mark on his forehead

"Oi! Where's your number?!" Kenshin asked while pointing his finger towards the male who just shrugged

Kenshin sighed and Re-introduced himself to Y/n who clearly didn't listen as He was too busy stretching his limbs

"This kid..." Kenshin muttered completely annoyed

The practice have started with the line up, Nishinoya, Sugawara, Asahi along with the others against Hinata, Kageyama, daichi and the rest while Y/n was.. Benched

"You've got to be kidding me?" He asked

"With that attitude of yours you will be benched." Kenshin said which didn't helped since everyone knew that Y/n wouldn't backdown

"So you dragged me out of the library just to watch the damn practice?!" He said loudly

"Oi, Y/n." Daichi warned stopping the male as he hung his head low and quietly walked to a bench and sat down

As the practice started Y/n was completely dozing off as his sleepiness came back causing for him to slowly fell asleep on the bench

Meanwhile Hinata and Kageyama did their Quick attacks and shocked the other players including Kenshin. The game continues with Y/n still fast asleep on the bench

"Give me a toss!" Asahi suddenly yelled waking the sleeping male up

"Wha.." He asked as he looked around only to see Asahi spiked a ball and got blocked by tsukishima and Kageyama

His eyes widened when he saw Nishinoya manages to save the ball from touching the floor

"Call for a toss, Ace!" Nishinoya yelled

Sugawara followed where the ball is headed to and readied himself for a toss but was having a hard time on who to toss to and what to do about it until..

"Suga-San! Keep on tossing until it breakthrough!" Kageyama yelled earning a remark from Tsukishima

"Well aren't you a sadist, You're highness" He mocked ticking Kageyama off

Y/n watched from the side with wide eyes, his heart was beating rapidly and he clenched his fist tightly turning his knuckles white

"SUGAAA! ONE MORE TIME!" Asahi yelled catching everyone's attention

Sugawara didn't waste any second and tossed the ball to Asahi who jumped and slammed it hitting the the palm of the blockers and sending it outside earning a point

"Nice toss, Suga" Asahi compliment

There was a small break to rest for a bit and everyone has their bottled water, Tanaka sat beside Y/n with a towel on his shoulder

"Never thought asahi-san would do that again!" He said earning a small smile from the male

Before the game continues Kenshin called Tanaka and asked hims something which made tanaka to become excited, Rushing towards Y/n he pulled him up from the bench and patted his back earning a confused look from him

"Ryu... What are you doing?" Y/n asked

"You're playing next."
