We ended up back in the computer room, where people were rushing about, trying to do multiple things at once. Every now and then, a Dreamwalker would appear, say something to someone, and then disappear again. I spotted a couple of people who I was sure weren't human, or even Argent Eye, but had no idea what they could possibly be. One was a girl with pale skin, that had a strange sort of glow to it. The first word that popped into my head was vampire, but then I was questioning my sanity. Surely vampires didn't exist?

"So I've shown you the main sort of things that go on here." Stark said, interrupting my thoughts, and then he checked his watch. "I have arranged for you to attend a meeting with our operational officer, which starts in about five minutes- is that okay with you?"

I nodded. "Yeah, of course." I said. "I'd love to meet them."

"Very good." He said. "It's at the Shard, so we'll have to get a lift if we're planning on turning up on time." Stark chuckled, and approached one of the men walking around. He was tall, with a half shaved head of ginger hair. The shaved part was decorated with swirling tattoos, that continued to snake down his neck and under his t-shirt. I saw Stark ask him something, before the man nodded. Both of them walked over to me.

"Harry here will take us." Stark said, and before I even had any chance to respond, my feet had left the floor.

We landed in a corridor.

"Thanks, Harry." Stark said.

Harry nodded, and then vanished again, leaving Stark and I alone.

"Come." Stark said, and led me through the corridor before halting outside a set of double wooden doors. "The woman you're about to meet is called Penelope- she's the one who runs a lot of the operations back at Capital Base. She's been wanting to meet you for a while now."

"She has?" I asked. "For how long?"

Stark smiled. "These are all questions that she will answer. But this is where we say goodbye for now. I really hope that I will be seeing you again, Millie. It's been a pleasure meeting you."

I smiled. "And you." I said. "Thanks for the tour."

"You're welcome." He said, and then walked the other way, leaving me alone.

I was just about to knock on the door when it was opened by a man in a navy blue suit, who had brown hair and dark blue eyes.

"Millie Robinson?" He asked, although I knew that he knew who I was already. After all, I was expected.

"Yes." I said.

He smiled kindly. "Pleasure to meet you." He said, and held his hand out. "My name's Darron- I'm Penelope's assistant."

I took his hand and smiled. "Nice to meet you." I said.

"Come in." He said, and motioned for me to walk in the room.

It was a big office- bigger than I was expecting. The opposite wall was just windows, looking over the city of London and letting in plenty of natural light. In the space just next to where I'd walked in was a large fish tank, filled with all sorts of tropical looking fish- it filled the room with a constant buzzing sound. Then, over the other side was a heavy, wooden desk, and two armchairs opposite. The desk was occupied by a woman with short, platinum blonde hair, and strikingly green eyes.

She stood up and smiled when I entered the room, and walked round to the front of her desk to greet me.

"Millie Robinson." She said. "I cannot express how much of a pleasure it is to finally meet you. My name is Penelope Black."
