Warnings: Mentions of deaths and blood~
The ground becomes dirtier with each second passing; stained with the blood of those four corpses laying around me. There's no look of satisfaction on my face –only tears running down my cheeks and a hysterical cry every now and then. My tongue was soaked with the taste of blood, I was bruised on my face and arms, a perfect thin line of blood lightly marked on my neck, a pool of crimson staining my white blouse.
"I told you, you signed your death warrant. Why didn't you listen??!"
I breathed heavily as I shook the blood off the katanas I held. I grimaced in both agony and repugnance. I hissed out as I took a step back –beholding my bloody masterpieces on the floor. I titter with self-deprecation. I... can't believe I did it again. AGAIN! Again...
"Gah!" I cry out as I clutch my abdomen. The pain throbs in my guts, it's deep and unbearable. It feels like someone has their hand in there and are squeezing my organs either gently or as hard as they can with claws back and forth.
I shakily stepped forward, my bare feet, also covered in droplets of blood and dirt, touched the ground they laid on. I used my Manipulation quirk to open the ground and use the dirt swallow up their bodies. I couldn't leave any evidence behind... for many purposes.
I was losing a lot of my energy. I could feel my life draining. I leaned against one of the walls of the alley and slowly dropped to the ground. With utter care and gradualness, I lifted my blouse up to inspect the nasty slash I had on my abdomen.
It's heavily oozing out blood and there's a bluish-purple bruise forming around it. I lightly press my index finger against the center of the cut and suck in a sharp breath as the discomfort spirals all across my body. Colorful spots contour my vision and I have to bite my lip from the agony.
I manage to pull out my phone with sweat drooping on my forehead from the pain. I dialed Dabi's number. In no less than two rings, he answered. Not giving him any moment to speak I quickly said, "Dabi! I'm... s-sending you m-my location, give it to Hiro. Ngh—Ahh!" I cried out in the end. I pitched to the side with pain.
"Oi! What the hell happened?" his voice sounded concerned and a little outraged.
"Just give do what... ha... uh... you're told! Fuck! Just do it, damn it!" I hissed.
"Fine." He said emotionless before hanging up.
In no later than a minute was Hiro here... but he wasn't alone.
"I don't see her." I heard Hiro say nervously.
"She has to be here, it's the location she sent me." Dabi's voice was calm and reassuring Hiro I would be okay.
"You don't understand." Hiro told Dabi upsettingly, "She's not one to back out of a fight, even if she's outnumbered. She'll do anything to survive... because that's what he taught her."
I breathed out heavily as more blood started to flow out. I grimaced, "Oi, I'm o-over h-h-here."
"Doll!" Dabi exclaimed as he saw me; my bloody-beaten body on the ground. "Who the hell did this to you?!" he shouted enraged. His turquoise eyes were looking at me with panic.
My eyes widened for a bit, or at least it would seem that way if only my eyes were completely open. Due to the blood loss, my energy was decreasing faster, my eyes were less than open. But seeing the stoic patchwork guy losing his composure, to say I was surprised would be an understatement.
"No... Neechan, not again." I heard Hiro faintly say in sadness as he stared at the pile of blood that wasn't mine.
"It had to be done." I cried pathetically. "I had to..." I was starting to shut my eyes when I felt a warm hand touch my cheek.
