10th Doctor - He loves standing back and watching you take charge and since you're small it makes it even more entertaining for him.

11th Doctor - He loves it when your hair falls into your face from the wind. Watching you struggle to get it out from your eyes is just as amusing as hearing the little noises you make from the frustration and the hair blowing into your mouth.
The little pout you have on your face afterwards is too much for him.

12th Doctor - Usually when you don't go on adventures with the Doctor, you sit in your room and play the guitar or sing.
The Doctor would sometimes join in with you when you do so but preferably liked to just stand at the door and listen to you.
He always found your voice to be soothing.

She loves seeing you get flustered after catching her doing so. It makes her laugh.

Rory - Biting your lip in concentration or looking off at something to read and it's showing off your side profile. He loves it.
Clara - No matter what it is or where you are, you always seem to be so shy around her. She finds it adorable and loves how easily flustered you get after she complements you.
