For mine, I just duplicate the object I want to make it dissolve and go to filter > blur > frosted glass (normal) and make the setting higher on each layer until it disappears.

3. Once done, set it however you want. I just made the speed slower and change the direction into loop so the text will disappear > appear > disappear.
