1. Change the blending mode to multiply (or hard light) and lower the opacity ( I lowered it to 15% but I adjusted it later)

1. I drew a triangle below the PNG. You can draw a heart, a circle, a square, etc. Use a smaller brush size to make the edges sharper

2. With soft mapping pen (bleed), scribble it at the center
3. Write the title, subtitle, etc

2. Pasted it on ibisPaint
3. I changed the layer to multiply

I changed the color a bit and done ^^. The pictures I used for this cover are on the the right side.
